Before we get the game in our hands.. I doubt many of these questions will get an answer.

...and that is a good thing? Are they really that confident the name alone will be enough to sell millions? Even R* were not that sure of themselves, I doubt GTA V would have sold at record breaking speed if they told us nothing about the gameplay and didn't hype the new features.

I have no idea about GTA or whatever, I am just saying I do not think any kind of similar information will be "revealed".

But I am probably wrong.

Also, who is that "we" that many are often refering to?

$800 million on day one is a pretty good payday.

We've been waiting for a month for TGS and SONY failed in a massive way.

What we know:

-No new info in TGS
- The embargo seems to be just a misundertood and could just be a report about PD facilities
-Next opportunity for new info has been hinted by Kaz for the time racing season starts in Australia
-We'll be getting a Jordan interview with Kaz in the incoming days but there's not massive megatons
-GTPlanet will be a mess of rage, crying and confusion in the next months

That's very good reporting! Better than the reporting we've gotten so far from the Tokyo Game Show Massacre. 👍:dunce:

Ummm.... what racing season?

V8 Supercars (our biggest racing series) started it's "season" many, many, many months ago. March to be exact.

That's what Kaz said in an interview, and someone mentioned a race in mid october

Maybe he meant that Australia has suffered a long winter, and that the racing season is about to begin in the game...? :dopey:

Kaz says : Races will resume end of the winter (in Australia). On this occasion, PD will announce something.

I guess Kaz assumed that Australian race calendar follows the northern hemisphere scheduling of not racing during the winter.

As it is for years now.

So nothing out of ordinary IMO
Crying and raging? Here? Never. Proof...?

I'm sorry, but what?
:) Pretty sure he misunderstood what you said. And your joke backfired, I'll have you know. Kaz acknowledged that "winter" in the southern hemisphere is in the middle of the year. Don't shoot the messenger.

Very close...I think what Kaz meant was, winter is 80% over and when he gets there he'll release a patch to bring it to completion.

There is a race until february in Barthust. And february is winter on the northern hemisphere.

On south, end of the winter is early october (or end september) and Barthust 1000 takes place 13 october.

You means Barthust 1000 take place October 10-13?

Probably, but Kaz also mentioned that the Australian racing season would begin after winter, but the V8 Supercars go from March to December, which goes right through the Southern Hemisphere winter season. Kaz either misspoke on it or forgot how the seasons work south of the equator.

Just 2 questions I have; why were there people talking about a so-called embargo earlier today? What is that even?
