The GT5 version of CLK is much more pixelated, also the sponsor textures "soaring" above the car, now they are stuck on the polygonal model.

In each case is a horrible model.

@AJHG1000 DFGT looks better but it's standard.

@r2nyGT5 There's sort of a biography when you go to "garage" and click on "car information". I'll post a pic at the end of this.

@granturismo2014 I don't think damage is permanent because I bumped with the AI a few times and the car looks fine. It's only the body rigidity that'll probably weaken over time/milage.


@chriz00 Suggest a cheap convertible to test it on. I'll backup saved game, buy it and reup.

I was hoping PD would use some common sense and do this, that tiny factory exhaust on the MKIV supra for example...

It can't be hard, the model for the exhaust isn't even part of the car itself, it just involves positioning.

The same for removing wings, we found it's as easy as changing one little code and it removes the wing of virtually any car in the game. Why not?

First of all, I bought a standard car (Silvia s13). Went to the tuning shop and basically you can tune it like a premium car (you can even remove the wing if it had one!)

I was wrong about not being able to remove wings?!

@BHRxRacer Can you confirm this is an option for most cars? Can you try it on a Silvia K's AERO '96? <3

First of all thanks for all of your work.

Probably asked already by how about game performance in 1080p vs 720p?

You've played it and probably already noticed. For example in GT6 demo frame-rate drops in 1080p are immediately noticeable (stuttering). Same thing with replays in 1080p.

Can you switch to 720p and do quick race in cockpit view with as much opponents as you can?
(Or just switch to 720p and enjoy the game. If it runs better you will feel it)
