Is it just me or does the Huayra sound like an electric car with a blowoff valve? I can hardly hear any exhaust note in that at all.

Look, people apparently didn't like the engine sounds.

PD doesn't have better ones, so the only logical step is to remove them. PD and Kaz thank you for your understanding.

I think it's the same of Deltawing, I believe that's a replacement sound for the new cars. Later they replacement the sound

Algorithms can only take you so far though, there will always be situations where the math gets broken and the computer will come to the wrong conclusions. I'm not a fan of super sticky pads (EMAS?) either. The best solution in my opinion is that the community moderates itself. Not that humans are error-proof, but at least it's possible to have a discussion, which you can't have with an algorithm.

But maybe there could be an algorithm that detects incidents (without assigning blame) and saves them in a special replay file, so that the host easily can review the situations?

I like the replay idea, and also the point that was raised earlier about having varying degree of "sticky" surfaces off track. I don't believe there's a one size fits all answer here. Maybe PD can implement a variety of different ways of dealing with cheating (slowdown penalties, sticky surfaces, drive through penalties, etc.) and then they could leave it up to the host to decide which to use. At least for private lobbies - obviously time trials would need a standardized approach.\

By the way, I'm absolutely loving this redesign. Great work Jordan/GTP crew!

Yeah, it does, very strange. Interesting that they've changed the exhaust sound since a previous build... We've heard it sound like the Gallardo, and now it's completely different. Makes sense for it to be a placeholder, but why would they change it between builds, especially since the newer sound is pretty bad too.

Willow Springs looks really amazing graphically for such a barren track. From these videos it looks like you can really see some graphical improvements compared to GT5.

I like instead of very faint blow off noise, they just increased the sound. I just hope you can get a new one so I don't have to listen to the annoying sneeze every 3 seconds

Try the Option Stream Z. I could be wrong though, it's been ages since I played it the last time.

Hmm, so they've removed the Lamborghini sound and just left the turbos. Interesting that they changed it though, wasn't expecting it to happen between builds. Leaves me curious as to if they've changed any of the other cars.

I know you're not talking to me but I had to share my thought. I personally don't think this is a GT6 screenshot, and if it is then it's pre rendered. I think this is a screenshot from Project CARS by the looks of it plus, I doubt PD would waste their time taking their own photos in photo mode.
