I agree with this 50%, that Grand Valley looked just like footage of GT5(trackwise), clock is the same, and clouds are in the same exact location, i disagree with autumnring, as it actually looked very nice, and not at all like the current one. It's not just graphics quality, it's just that the whole thing look like it could be GT5. That isn't how you show off a new game. The Silverstone w/ new cars was good but this and Autumg Ring, it's too similar.
Yep, even the start/finish line is in the same place.I mentioned a fact. Whether you think it's a serious one or not is entirely up to you.
I don't think GT4 had any very special difference in graphics over GT3. Why some people are expecting something like the second coming of baby Jesus in terms of graphics?

I'm sooooo disappointed now.
Anyone else notice the much more realistic noise when the car clipped the barrier, sounded a lot better than the 'thuds' of GT5!

I'll note that Autumn Ring and Grand Valley were quite hard to find in the demo - I only discovered them after extensive searching through the menus. You also had to "buy" a car (a Leaf or 370Z) before you could access them. I'm really not sure we, the media, were supposed to see them or drive on them. No, not really - Nissan was the only manufacturer available, and it only contained two cars. It was definitely a new menu design, however, and fast/responsive to use, as well. 👍Good work agent Jordan. Was it a full blown dealership you bought
the car from? Did the process differ from GT5?

I've just added 28 Silverstone screenshots I found in the media pack to GTPlanet's blog: https://www.gtplanet.net/gran-turismo-6-screenshot-gallery-silverstone-circuit/

Hopefully that's because of more efficient coding this time, and not because it only had to load two cars
Thanks for having a snoop and uploading the footage.
It was only a demo with a massively reduced content. Not surprising if the menus loaded faster.Ooooh that sounds very promising. Love the fact that the game loads more faster now, even responsive. 👍
It was only a demo with a missively reduced content. Not surprising if the menus loaded faster.
I din't say all.Except that GT5 never loaded all of the "content" at once, nor should any game, so that's not really a valid metric.
Aside from the infield texture quality the track does look really quite impressive. I still think PD need to dirty up some of the textures a bit though - every track looks unrealistically clean.

Funny, because I had that same thought about it would load faster with less cars (two cars). lol
