I'm pretty sure this is a joke that brought out the wrath of some folks.

If Porsche does not want to be in this game then so be it, delta wing it is for me then.

I can't wait to drive the BMW race car.

Yes. This.

What I'm saying is maybe Porsche haven't been revealed, but we have some cool cars already. Porsche would be nice, but EA probably won't roll the dice in our favour.

That looks like the Ford GT LM Test Car Spec II.

Yes you're right, there is no doubt.
We can see that they both have two dark stripes (Last car on the far left)

Hmm, what if the Ford GT in the back is a different type of Ford GT though, like the GT3 spec Ford GT by any chance?

It's just my theory, but the Ford GT in the distance kinda resembles it imo. I could be wrong though.

I dont think thats a Ford GT LM because it just looks so out of place to have that specific car in that trailer.I think its a teaser for another car thats going to be shown soon.

Matterhorn Dynamic time?

I figured that was Willowsprings (DOH!). I felt that any new original tracks should feature time change + weather. It's awesome to see a sign of that. Thanks!

Frankly, you're wrong.

This truly does seem to make it conclusive. 👍

Sorry if anyone's irritated by not linking the images in the quotes, but it's fair to keep them shown in this case.

You can see the roof stripes from the LM version that we already have in many pictures.

I just hope they don't think they can slap that fictional car into a GT3 series and it's ok. That's the same problem they've had for years.

Agreed.

Alright, I see them now. It was just a theory I had and I won't talk about it anymore now.

Why did they even bother putting that in the trailer though? It seems kinda pointless.

It's possible, but I don't think that they've shown us all of the GT3 cars they're including, so the Ford GT LM Spec II is just a filler for now I hope.

True. So does anyone remember how far along it was when they released the car list for GT5? After Gamescom 2010?

Agreed.

Because race car. Psh, get with the program. :D

Exactly. On another note, we've seen nothing of NASCAR or karting. We know for sure that karting will be back so for sure we'll be getting a lot more news/details about GT6 at Gamescom or maybe even before.

Jordan posted it on Nov 12th, just under two weeks before release. He's usually quick with news so I'm sure it went up on the GT site that day.

Eghh. We gotta wait on PD for it. Greaaat lol. It was only 2 weeks before GT5 released. Damn it.

Edit -
I wonder how they'll let us be able to differentiate the cars that have detailed interiors and those without, considering the circumstances of how the "Standards" will have more capabilities this time around and of higher quality.
Shall I post real pics of the Matterhorn track?
Oh hell yeah. Why not?

It's not actual gameplay, it's pre-rendered. Therefore no way the gameplay on PS3 will look even close. But awesome it is anyway.

What "GT3 series"? The deltawang pictured is even more out of place than a 'fictional' Ford if you're going by GT3 standards. Hopefully GT6 has FIA GT3 type races where you're required to run those cars, till then it's just a trailer with the car purposely being 'out of focus' imo.

Wasn't the DeltaWing meant to run with that sort of car? You know, half the weight and half the power of a regular race car but just as fast.

I think so. t just in a class of its own. I have watched GT races that it has been is. Its much faster than the GT cars.

It's first 'meaning' was to be the new Indycar that got ditched for the dallara DW12. Then it had nowhere to go so they applied and received the garage56 entry last year at LeMans.

It ran once at LeMans and dnf'ed. Then ran in the 'lmp1' class at Petit LeMans the same year and was nowhere near lmp1 pace, just like this year in ALMS, if it even finishes, it's barely faster than GTE :yuck:
