To be fair it may be his first time with a wheel, it's really not easy to get everything co-ordinated correctly straight away.

You'd think he'd know what that left pedal does, though.

Seems like this is GT6 E3 gameplay, with an horrible 240p resolution... way too blury... It's 2013 what the ... was this recorded with?! :yuck:

Portrait mode and French fry grease!

Matterhorn / S1 Quattro gameplay incoming! (Providing the E3 media center wifi holds out!) :scared:

E3 is a notorious communications black-hole. The demand on connectivity leaves journos sprinting (well, scurrying at least) to and from cafés etc. or relying on mobile devices (that typically don't work in the convention centre). We'll have to wait 'til they're back at home / base / their hotel for the good (quality) stuff.

Is it in cockpit view? :embarrassed:
Yes, I used several views. Internet access is horrible, cell access (Verizon LTE) is useless. I'm really surprised. They don't even have chargers here in the media center for our laptops like other large press events I've seen. :irked:

Any game details yet? Day/night on most or all tracks? Weather on most? Do the sounds in the trailer accurately depict what will be in GT6? Is there a NASCAR (oval racing in general) theme to Course Maker? Does GT6 have the Gen 6 NASCAR Cup cars?

Slow down there tiger :P

I hope you upload it. I've been looking forward to some GT6 gameplay all day. The internet access being horrible could explain why I haven't seen that many gameplay videos uploaded.

Are PD employees even there? I bet it's just SCEA reps and the pods, that's it.

I'm willing to bet so, Kaz not at E3 (especially since its mostly Next-gen focused) pretty much seems to indicate that. I wouldn't mind being wrong and surprised though.

No new details to report from what I can see. Tons of people in and around the GT6 booth. Appears to be all SCEA people.

That is just pathetic. Its almost not even work letting the public in let alone "people in the industry" with issues like that.

👍

I'm curious to see if this track has a pitlane, as I have yet to spot one for it.

In fairness, all the footage and shots appear to be only on one side of the track. Might be on the side we haven't seen.

Great news Jordan! Thanks, I`ll pray to the gods of wi-fi/3g/connections in general. :scared:

Not expecting much for the S1 Quattro audio... honestly. But I`m expecting a lot for the Matterhorn circuit... its the kind of road I`m dreaming about to drive on GT6!

The most accurate 5 cylinder sound in GT5 were the Volvo S60R and Fiat Coupe stock exhausts... but those won`t work for the monster that it`s the S1 Quattro and its legendary sound.

The regular `82 Quattro on GT5 was completely screwed. If they used the Fiat Coupe or Volvo sample it would at least resemble a 5 cyl. :(

No one from PD on the floor then :indiff: ,dissapointing E3 for PD so far,Save us Jordan with your gameplay videos :D

Oh and what's your impressions Jordan?

Just had a chance to review the video, and I'm quite disappointed. Worst part is that my direct-connect audio cable, which performed admirably on the pods and TVs at Silverstone, instead recorded no audio. Ugh! :ouch:

Ah well, you'll still get a look at the track and the S1 Quattro in action. The sound didn't appear to be anything drastically different, anyway (from what little bit I could tell on the insane E3 showroom floor).

Video processing now.
