Thanks, these videos I'm getting today are much better than yesterday's.

Just got good Z4 footage on Silverstone.

:D 👍

Thanks Jordan. That car has been a huge favorite of mine to drive in rfactor so I'm hoping for more of the same in GT6 and its new physics engine.

Jordan, firstly, thank you SO MUCH for your effort! Really appreciate you doing all of this for us!

Secondly, please do the Dino, but also please do the Tesla.

The Dino is important because there's no gameplay of it anywhere, and it's beautiful.
The Tesla is important because I want to see how the game has changed to better simulate an electric car.

👍👍

Jordan, if you ever visit Carlisle in the UK, drinks are on me! :)

Thanks for all our videos and info on GT6, and thanks for making me drool at the Deltawing and SLS GT3 :)

I don't know if you missed my previous suggestion, but if you can, try driving on Matterhorn in reverse (= backwards), that should end up being a pretty unique video, but also a plausible one (it's an original track, it should have a reverse variation in the final release, although there isn't one officially in the E3 demo).

That's an interesting idea. I'll do it if I have time, Shirakawa.

Jordan, have you tried toying around with the physics via tossing the car sideways at high speed into the sand trap or crashing into a wall at high speed, just to see what's in store for us?

I don't understand why they don't upload some HD footage with good sound instead of letting people record footage with cams.

Many have already said it, but some footage of the Dino would be great. It's a pretty major car in the demo IMO and no one else has an online video of it, so that'd be good to see. Any track really, but why not Matterhorn (including reverse)?

The SCEA folks might tell you to play properly or let someone else have a go though.

If I remember ,at the SLS video when Jordan was testing out the lack of invisible walls it seems someone approached him thinking he couldn't drive .

I'm wanting to know how the hard tires drive. Are they slippery in turns or do they just have a grip limit where if you come in too hot you overshoot the corner. GT5 felt like they only worked in one window of driving. Also tire life, the drop off in GT5 is very unrealistic. Would like to know how long the grip is there, hopefully it doesn't hit a cliff after 10, 15 laps on higher powered cars.

Does the Delta Wing's mirror really obscure your vision like that in real life? It pretty much totally blocks your view for right hand corners as it is with this cockpit view. Other than that it looks great and I'm looking forward to driving it.

@ Jordan :

I would love to see Comfort Hard - the lowest grip tire on old cars like Countach or Alpine to see how the least grip tire being simulated with the new tire model, will they act like in GT5 ?

If possible to adjust brake balance via RA menu, maybe no ABS driving - with low BB just to be safe - 4/1 ? I am curious with the braking physics - will it be fixed in GT6, GT5 rendition of brake balance on cars was not that realistic - where high BB like 10/8 still can work well with no ABS - unlike in real life where front bias is preferred.

If these are not possible, I can wait till the demo :)

It doesn't look like I'll be able to get any more video. Sorry, guys!

That's alright J, still got one day left to do that :) and good job providing us with some decent driving 👍

You've at least managed to record more footage of the countach, alpine and Z4 I presume?

In the SLS video we can see how the light rendering is so much better, except for the glare of the sun that seem a little too exaggerated and less realistic.

It is possible that the glare is because autoexposure which will probably be used on almost all camera phones and even non pro video cameras can't adapt quickly enough (it isn't predictive after all). The way to correct for it is to record in manual, setting exposure to get the right balance between highlights and shadows. Unfortunately I'm not sure you can do on an iphone or any camera phone.

Anyway the footage still looks great.
