I'm only referring to the oversteer of the GT-R...I meant nothing about the track.
My mistake. It is a different feel alright, but I did get the hang of it after a while.

Have you notice how much easier it is to feel the handling and weight difference if the cars? I did.
True indeed - makes the differences feel more individual and enjoyable. Glad I'm not alone there :)

Just wanted to point out these images show the game on Sony's new 4K TV...

You could not really feel the difference of cars in GT5. Maybe a little bit.

Ghost cars in pit lanes. nice that is the remasterized R246.

The cars are?
HKS CT230R '08
Nissan Calsonic IMPUL GT-R (SUPER GT) '08

Just noticed that video has Motion Blur on both the road and the hands, but that could be YouTube changing the video to 30fps.

Edit: Also, note that there is Anti-Aliasing on, which means no flickering!

Take a look at trackside objects in the video, no GT Academy board signs, and time/clock in the car change is in effect, midway in the video the time changed from 12:01 to 12:02. A different build for sure, possible build of standalone GT6 demo for later release or used for Goodwood event ?

What makes you think it's another demo instead of the actual game? Anyway, GT doesn't do actual demos. GT Academy is all we're getting.

@Conquerer: Anyone familiar with "Playstation Underground" would disagree.

Not youtube doing that. It's a rendered video. It used the motion blur which is used during replay. Which I actually would like for gameplay. But anyways. It's not youtube causing it. It was done by PD for this Video.
So yep it's rendered and no actual footage.

GT3 was the last game with a traditional demo though wasn't it? I don't remember one for GT4 and the one for GT5 cost £25.

And you know it's from the demo? No. You don't.

Did I say it was? No, but if they had a version of the track which looked that good don't you think they would have used it in the demo? This video has been sat waiting to be unlocked since June 11th and was probably produced a while before that.

Has anyone thought that the video might be taken from newer build for Goodwood demo ? No GTA road signs on track side, time change is in effect, and it appears to be running from a replay mode in cockpit view with HUD turned off :D

But it was uploaded June 11th.
