964BHP!!! I wasn't expecting that at all, maybe 700 tops.

edit: tested it at Route X, undrivable, does a wheelie at 395km/h

I have +2 million to use; which car would be the best bang for the buck? I want it to handle well and accelerate fast. I've been thinking off Ferrari FXX, Pagani Huayra '13, Bugatti Veyron, Toyota 7 and such :) .

Because they lowered peak horsepower on some cars, SRT Viper GTS being one of them.

They also downgraded the Daihatsu Mira's max hp from 603 to 189

I know you've probably spent that money by now, but the Toyota 7 is (stock) a wild, untamed beast with far too much power for its own good. Buy a 787B!

It's worth to mention, all the cars listed are fully upgraded with oil changes but not all my cars are upgraded all the way, so this list is not done.

It's also worth it to mention that the SVT F-150 Lightning '03 is @796 1589 but with a break-in period and another oil, it will probably put it over 800HP.

Another mention is that I cannot find the Ram Truck in this, but the Toyota Tacoma can utilize a wing (ugly as it is)!
 
Maybe Im stating the obvious here but Im guessing all Group C cars and LMP1 cars aswell as the Suzuki Escudo all have 1000+hp if tuned. they will also have over 1HP/KG. as does the Formula gran turismo and red bull cars.
 
My dodge charger SRT8 '13 I think that's it has 952hp and can go 235mph without nitrous and with nitrous it can go 257mph. And the 0-62mph is insane. Best thing about it is that it's fairly cheap and if u can't afford nitrous it's still a great car to tune.
 
I've noticed this, When I did a quick race and got 134G, i went to the store and I got the Dodge Viper SRT10 (Non ACR)
And maxed it pulled off 1159Bhp, which is damn impressive as the ACR Version only pulls around in between 1100-1150Bhp, For once the lesser Viper get a better go, and Its Power to weight is 1.08KG per BHP
 
So my top 3 fastest cars are:

Pagani huayra 13' with nos 510 kph (1174hp).

Dodge Viper gts '13 495kph with slipstream (1036hp).

Chevrolet Corvette stingray c7 '13 501kph with slipstream. Don't know how much horsepower it have since its ownd by a friend.
