Edit: I Forgot to say that this song was in GT2 intro, but since GT7 is going to be ''epic'' according to Kaz, then why not an epic nostalgic song to a new epic game? ;)

They were in my town last Friday, the way the crowd wanted an encore was just insane!
 
............Okay I'm usually more into something heavy and rhythmic, but these two guys, Nick Phoenix and Thomas Bergersen, collectively known as "Two Steps From Hell" has me hooked. Currently got four of their albums spinning in my phone, five if I include Bergersen's solo album too.

I loved both the Arcade and Simulation intros for the NTSC version of GT2. But Gran Turismo has but one theme song.

Are they really that different? All the intros are really similar in that each start with either live action clips or something outside of the game engine, and then it's all stylized in-game shots. What I can't stand is the decision lately to start with a classical piece and segue into alt rock. It's really jarring and doesn't mesh at all. GT1 and 2 still had the best intro for the choice of song, and I'm not talking about Moon Over the Castle. The NA versions with Everything Must Go and the un-remixed My Favourite Game were incredible.

Imagine this scene: You think GT7 sucks donkeyballs, you don't buy it etc, etc.
Then you read bunch of reviews and you hear from your friends that GT7 is the masterclass comeback to form.
So you go out and buy a copy, and plop the disc in.
Then this aptly named song begins to play when GT7 boots up.

i would love to think that this will happen. if gt7 doesn't come back as the leading racing game, then there is no hope.
 
I'm sorry, but I don't want any opera or a guy carving wood in the GT7 intro, also no "modern" songs. Everything on the radio is trash nowadays

I think it should be a new Daiki Kasho song, or a remixed version of 5OUL ON D!SPLAY. Daiki fits GT so well, he composes great songs and I hope to see a lot more music from him in GT7.

Daiko Kasho shouldn't be used for the intro but this should be GT7 needs a mega band that has cross over appeal to everyone I present to you GTPLANET peeps quite frankly the greatest intro song for GT.
