Would love a Daiki Kasho and Dakota Star collab for a song.
I don't mean to be a joy killer but with all due respect Daiki Kasho is no Queen or Led Zepplin: GT7 needs to go grand for intros can you imagine if GT7 intro was this omg. I know the mods would be crying from the epicness of Maiden.

I'd also love an Avenged Sevenfold track for the intro, Beast And The Harlot, Nightmare, Blinded in Chains, M.I.A .

Probably will be hated for this but I honestly don't mind if GT7 has another song from Daiki Kasho. I hardly have a song I don't like by him and for a "Rushed" GT6 soundtrack, I felt all the songs were pretty good ("all My Life" being the all time favorite).

If not, here's one:

Felt the song name itself made this interesting enough to consider. Yes its Drum & Bass but come on, its NOT as overused as some people seem to think it is. If anything, its hardly used ever as far as I can tell. Will find more eventually.

As for some of you hating the idea of dubstep, Daiki Kasho has shown it wouldn't exactly be bad:

of course, this is just me.

I'm sorry, but I don't want any opera or a guy carving wood in the GT7 intro, also no "modern" songs. Everything on the radio is trash nowadays

That's a rather broadsweeping (and somewhat ignorant) statement considering not all modern songs are played on the radio.

Also, I know this is old and all but:
Countered with this:

:D ;)

How (or even, why)is this a "Counter" exactly? I responded to another person's post regarding Tom-H@ck (with a trailer featuring a song by said person) and I get this response. Unless Tom-H@ck had anything to do with that extended trailer, I don't get it.

Hmm ya you're right, that doesn't make sense, I probably didn't read the quoted part and just thought about the trailer itself and "countered" with one that I thought was nicely done and suited my personal taste a bit more..

@pasigiri I attempted to make an intro to the song you nominated because I like that song. Feel free to take a look. It's not the greatest or the most well timed but hence that's why I said attempted. It'd be cool if GT7 had an intro like this one (Without the profanity of course :D)

I also wish PD put some nfs 3 hot pursuit legendary tracks for the menu.
Ahh the nostalgia :(

The bottom one all day and night. That really makess me want NFS 3 again..... Fighting with the phone sorry for any errors.

I think the most appropriate Opening Soundtrack for GT7 should be: .....

"Another one bites the dust"! (by Queen).

Go listen to it on youtube. :P

...My love affair with Two Steps From Hell continues, as evidenced by this attempt at bumping the thread. :D

...This particular song was used for the promo of Lambo Aventador so methinks it's a fairly good match.
But that's just me.

In my opinion, either one of these two would make good opening themes.

Now, I know that the second one features Pingu in it's music video but it's the song itself that's more important here.

Everything made by Daiki Kasho after GT3 was generic trash.
Sorry for replying to a months-old post, but "What to Believe" and "5OUL ON D!SPLAY" at least hardly sound generic, man. I don't think I've heard any compositions as unique as them, really.

Anyway, as I probably said before in this thread, I can't see anyone but Daiki Kasho doing the opening song for GT7. Even so, from what Shirrako said, he's moving on from typical rock and more onto dance/electronic stuff. And judging from one of the VGT trailers he did, I think he'll do great in that genre.

GT usually had this rock feel in the OP, Daiki is now composing more house type music thanks to the thread I made a few months back, with the GTPlanet community sending inspirations to Daiki.

One of his latest works from the Subaru VGT trailer shows the influence we had on his composing, of course the rock music is not gone, just improved to match modern music.

Expect house music if Daiki is offered to compose for GT7.
