Congrats! You're in for a ride.
I would say get a small fan and stick it a few feet in front of your rig to get some air flow across your head and torso.
I bought two of these so far..

And just ordered another in case they quit making them. They run off battery or USB and are quiet.

Also get a water bottle with a spout so you can drink without lifting goggles.
Also be
VERY careful with you lenses. Don't touch them with anything other than very soft and clean microfiber.

Alternatively you can use the little Zeiss wet wipes, but I think they may affect coating on lenses.
SONY says not to use anything but dry cloth.
I ended up using them though and they do a lot better job of cleaning the inevitable build up on lenses.
Then go over them with the micro fiber if you use the wet wipes.
But if you can just use the dry ones and get good results I'd do that.

And the most important thing..
GLOBULAR CLUSTER comfort mod!
I ended up using the gray cloth pads front and rear and I wish I bought this earlier.
It makes the headset so much more comfortable and easier to make it stay in the "sweet spot".

Also you can get a stand for the goggles. I like to use one of my motorcycle helmet bags as a dust cover when not in use.

Other than that like everyone says, take you time, take breaks, etc.. at first, you will get used to it.
I have no issues but I still slip the headset off and watch a replay instead of jumping right into next session if I've been on a while.
And watch Jordan's PSVR2 recommendations video.. good tips.
