GT7 vs GT6 architecture changes

You were talking in present and I have replied you in present.

No you didn't. You replied with a circa-2010 interview and used shaky circa-2013 evidence to support it even though:
After the 2.03 update.

The differences between then (when he made the interview) and now are clear.

The discussion was about a comment made in the past. You can't use something from the present to prove a point about something said in the past when that past was different.
Except if the past is assumed as present, as seems in the Imari's reply. That's because the newest benchmark fit in the context.

It's me or people is upset because GT5 runs at 60fps?

No they are just a little curious as to why you used a video from 2013 to back up a comment from 2010. A video from launch would be the appropriate one to use to compare with the claim made (as such the original DF article is a better one to use).

Lets also be clear as well, GT5 can run at 60fps, it still doesn't always run at 60fps, particularly is anyone wants to use 3D. While PD did a hell of a job optimizing it from the mess it was originally (in terms of frame rate) they have never managed to lock it to 60fps.

Perhaps it seems that way to you because you flit in and out of conversations when you've painted yourself into a corner.

People are upset because GT5 can't hit 60fps consistently. Like so many other aspects of the game (especially before all the updates), the peaks and valleys make for an inconsistent experience.

In the context of the interview you posted, what "fit" is what the game functioned like at the time the interview was made; and at the time "might briefly drop below 60 fps in specific conditions" actually meant "might briefly run at 60 fps in specific conditions" as opposed to the much better performance now.

A far better example for what you are attempting to argue was when Kaz acknowledged that there weren't enough events in GT5 and if they could have gone back in time and done GT5 over they would have redone it so there were more to do.
