Have someone with the car you wanna dupe, get in it with them in front of your garage. Start a co-op mission and the car should dupe itself, and one of them won't have a tracker/insurance & you can just drive it right into your garage.

Also I'd like to add that this glitch will NOT work with Premium cars (cars you have to buy from LegendaryMotorsports.net). Even if a friend lets you dupe it, it will still have a tracker on it, since Premium cars are scripted to always have trackers.

If you couldn't tell by the prostitute in the back.. it involves a prostitute.... First Pick up a prostitute, then drive to your house she gets out, then you get out , the lights should stay on..I think thats how I did it.I took this pic like last month so I don't really remember.I think you all know what my original intentions were

Glitched the riot van into my garage with help from @ZDUPH, and my god that thing is literally the most indestructible road vehicle short of the rhino.
After I did the insurance glitch I needed to destroy the uninsured duplicate, so I stuck a sticky bomb onto the front and detonated it. The van rocked a bit, but otherwise nothing. I threw another sticky bomb onto the side, and it had the same effect. I was amazed, since this alone would have solidified it's place as 'perfect vehicle to blow up unsuspecting morons from by throwing sticky bombs' anyway, but I needed to destroy it so I put 4 sticky bombs onto the side, ran back and detonated them. The van went onto 2 wheels, fell back down and showed next to no signs of damage. It was only after all this that ZDUPH pulled out his RPG to assist me and that finally did the trick.
It's also got so much momentum that it doesn't even matter if you drive on the wrong side of the road, since you can either drive over the cars or just slam them out of the way. It's seriously just a mini-rhino. If only it had bulletproof tyres...
