@leeislee Is it that low as "stock", or does it get lower as the price of the hydraulics gets higher? I can't remember if it changed ride height on my Primo. Except for when raising the hydraulics obviously.

I think the hydraulics only affect the bounce/lift height. When you upgrade the car in Benny's it gets pretty much slammed.

Ok. Thanks. That's the answer I hoped for 👍 I don't really need another lowrider that can bounce, I do however "need" an asphaltscraper in game :D

I've had the Slamvan for a while, but never really drove it, since, well, it was undrivablr! Naturally, I took mine to Benny's and turned it into this old school shop truck. Wasn't entirely sure what to do with the wheels, so I opted for one of my free chrome lowrider sets. The paint is a matte Dark Earth to match the patina. It should also be noted that I changed the exhaust shortly afterwords to the set that sticks out of the running board, for a more natural look that matched the aged truck.

I love driving this thing now, now that it has a resemblence of speed and handling.

Might as while whore out my latest purchases...

Really like this paint scheme.

I don't care for Donks in real life at all, but couldn't pass up a virtual version. I'm going to beat the hell out of this thing.

The new low rider dlcs are making me want to get GTA 5 for my xbox one, I have it for the 360 but since they didn't release the low rider dlcs for it I'm tempted to get it for the One if that's what they're gonna keep doing.

The Sabre, Tornado & Minivan Lowriders are coming up soon, if they sway your opinion

What cars won't ever reveal their engine? Presumably the Adder and Zentorno because the back halves of them are one-piece, and I thought this was the case for the T20 as well but I managed to roll it enough that the polished metal panel popped off.

Edit: Trickle-down customization.

I resprayed my Exemplar in what I thought to be a more appropriate color.

That color was a little too close to what I had on my Osiris, so it got redone in a previous configuration that I really quite liked.

Finally, I didn't want two matte cars in the same garage--let alone next to one another--so I redid the T20 in the same colors but with a metallic finish instead.

I had a Cognoscenti Cabrio for all of ten minutes--not long enough to even snap a pic. The boyracer aero and too-low stance with sucked-in wheels did not do it for me.

Finally got my iFruit app to work so I could get some new plates. Should I stick with the Underground plate or get the Speedhunters plate?

So, I decided to check out what's what in the 3 lowriders we haven't got yet. The small details and findings will be put in the Online thread. Here's some shots.

Sold the Roosevelt, did some hustlin', and got myself this. Yeah, I know that's what all the kids are doing, but I plan to keep it when it becomes passè - mostly because I am loving it. A supercharged, mean as **** rat-rodded shop truck.

Maybe I'll take it to the Alamo Sea and do a proper photoset sometimes soon. I've already seen plenty of good locations.

P.S: I am really thinking that maybe I should get some bucket seats.

You can keep your lowriders, I'm perfectly happy with my Windsor. :P

Actually, not only do I think it would be the vehicle I kept if, for whatever reason, I had to lose all cars save for one, but I'm seriously considering getting a second and *shudder* keeping the livery.

It's such a joy, though.

Lowriders and donks are able to be driven/customized offline right? I'm gonna get the Xbox one version this week.
It's my understanding that Benny's itself is only accessible online. However, I'm on last gen and am far from an authority on the subject.

Anyone who has modded a Slamvan custom:
If you have classic paint and apply one of the 'rusty' liveries, you can still see the sheen from the paint.
If you paint the van in a matte finish does the livery still have the shine?

Nope, the livery will have whatever finish the paint has. Once you change it to matte, the livery will get a matte look, ehich in my opinion just looks better for it.

Installing the game now on my Xbox, I'll have to play it after I'm done with work. Hopefully it'll be done installing before I go to work.

I want one but where the leading edge of the hood meets the bumper is too chunky. This issue plagues added content such as doors on the Huntley S, Warrener and Glendale (something else I really want).

Another issue with the Furore GT is the performance, customization, and price. Half a million dollars for less performance and customization than an Elegy RH8.
