I think it is partially based on weapon accuracy and headshots. If you don't shoot then you don't have bad accuracy - even though 0 shots fired should equal 0% accuracy - so if in theory another player fired their weapon but missed the target, they may be graded worse than a player who did not fire at all.

Edit: @Dan Yes, the double barrel shotgun and the compact rifle can both be fired from a motorcycle or bicycle.

But can the compact rifle be fired from a bus?

That I do not know. I can test it next time I am on. Do you mean as a passenger or driver? (do they get the same weapon selection?) I had no idea you could fire the sawn off from a bus anyway - presumed it was the same as cars.

Edit: I re-read your initial question. I read it wrong, I thought you asked if you COULD fire those weapons from a bike :dunce:.

I meant both passenger and driver.

Question: Of the two main attack helicopters (Savage/Buzzard), which one is the better of the two?

Debating on whether one should be my next big purchase, as I'm terrible with planes, but good with helicopters.

Savage has better weapons, rapid fire missiles and explosive machine gun.
Buzzard is much more nimble, it has lock on missile launcher but it doesnt have the fire rate of the Savage. The buzzard's machine gun has regular bullets.
I would choose the Savage.

I don't own a Savage but I'm pretty sure it's better than a Buzzard. MG fires explosive rounds (while Buzzard fires normal bullets) and has much better pilot protection than the buzzard. Both have lock on missiles, although the Buzzard is smaller and more agile

Depends on use. Savage has way more firepower which is better in missions and some ground situations, but Buzzard has superiority in mobility which makes it easier to evade rockets and maneuver around obstacles. I tend to use the Savage more out of habit since I'm lazy and want to get kills in missions (everyone else uses Savages in the group of people I play with), but the Buzzard's mobility is the superior in GTA helicopter races. You can't really go wrong with either at first, but I'd highly recommend getting the one you don't buy later on when game funding allows.

The Buzzard will save you a lot of frustration when being a VIP.. which is where it truly shines over a Savage. Consider also the difficulty of landing in an unbalanced ground and the versatile small size.

About size: I've actually hid in my usual subway spot with one.. no picture evidence yet, sorry!

I own both . Two of my best purchases . Savage is awesome for missions , explosive cannon , rapid-fire missiles and its scariness and fierce looking appearance should scare off any enemy . Buzzard is awesome to free roam , VIP work , delay with missiles ( two each ) but I dont intend to fire a lot since there is no need . It's up to you , you prefer missions , get the savage. You like to do VIP work , Buzzard , and if your a VIP you can spawn one right were you are , literally on the road which is very handy . Or get them both .

Speaking from experience using GTA V's aircraft on a regular basis, the Buzzard is one of the best vehicles you can buy. It is an incredibly versatile helicopter. The low size and weight allow it to be extremely nimble. You can fly and land just about anywhere with it. It's a load of fun to fly underneath the bridges in the LS River, and the tunnel below Fort Zancudo. While you can no longer perform extreme maneuvers like the death dive* from GTA IV, it's still an outstanding helicopter, and I recommend it to anyone who has the cash and skill to properly use it.

*The death dive is when you fly to the maximum altitude, hold down on the left trigger, point your helicopter's nose to the ground as far as it can go, and let the tail rotor point far forward. I call it the death dive, but other pilots probably have their own names for it.

The Buzzard is a lot better at dodging homing launchers than the Savage. If you don't do much Pvp in free roam then get the Savage, but I'd personally recommend the Buzzard as it's great at both missions and free roam. Also, as has already been mentioned a few times, it's extremely helpful to have one if you're a VIP because if you're stuck somewhere you can call it to you for free.

Edit: Another thing, if you get the Savage, put the landing gear up when you take off. I notice a lot of people leave them down and it's noticeably slower and less nimble with them down.

Changed the name of my yacht from GTPlanet to:

Played a few games of slasher last night with a friend. I quick enjoyed it first advisory mode I have enjoyed I think.

I wish these events were available to last gen too. I won't get a PS4 till 2017. So sad.
Just remember, it's only a game. You're not missing out on anything important. Plus when you get your PS4 you'll be closer to the release of GTA6.

As far as medals go I'm not sure it really affects anything. I've played with randoms quite a few times and no matter what ranking I got I still earned the same amount each time.

Silly me for not figuring out you need to almost complete the last Heist in order to unlock the Savage for purchase. Seeing as I haven't finished any aside from the first one (Fleeca Job) I'll either need to start completing the rest of the Heists, or just go with the Buzzard.

I did try both on a friend's PS4; while I'm not sure of the major differences between communities as I'm still on PS3, I'm not a fan of how easy it was to be shot with basic stuff, i.e. snipers/assault rifles while in the Buzzard because of the lack of protection. Even with the loss of some maneuverability with the Savage, it more than made up for it in pilot protection... aside from the homing launcher. I now hate that thing.

I found out a sort of annoying bug when doing VIP work.

When you change your clothing style to a VIP preset you can no longer use snacks or body armor.

So I have about $250,000. What is the best car from Legendary Motorsports for this price or cheaper? I was going to go for the Vacca, but now Im thinking about buying a 9F or a Feltzer

Carbonizzare gets my vote. Though you should probably save your money a bit so you can either get something better or so you can afford some mods.
