Am I the only one that's actually happy about the capture bonuses?

I am too. But mostly because it doesn't take as long to get another player to join as it is without the bonus. I only do them for the daily objectives though. And I've gotten Capture as an objective 2 or 3 times this week. Coincidence? Yes, of course
But I do (did) like the bonus for LTS. A fun and easy way to earn cash and RP 👍

I honestly miss the double cash and RP event for heists. I hope they bring them back again this summer but I'm going to be at Portugal during the first two weeks of August so if it does happen again, chances are I might miss the pacific standard one. *Well if it does happen around that time.*

Someone told me that the chances of being able to play as the beast depends on who has their stats maxed out and who has the highest KD. Can someone confirm that? I've always wondered why I never got the chance to play as the beast.

That's the kind of lie that people (I at least would) tell their friends they think are gullible in order to get them to waste time to improve their odds on something that ends up being random

Oddly enough, just earlier today I was chosen for the beast (for the first time ever, in fact) and I never even pressed anything. I was just sitting in the Humane Labs parking lot in my Dubsta 6x6 doing nothing and suddenly I noticed a weird transition (similar to the ones when you win a gang attack or a mission) and I was the beast. Only had one person come after me and they weren't hard to scare off.

I decided to take @Sting up on his challenge: Get a truck and trailer to the top of Chilliad. Heres the chain of events.

Spoiler: Chilliad Tale

I made it up quite easily actually. Used the route on the North East of the mountain. There were some hiccoughs getting up the initial slope but after that is was plain sailing.

Some time later this guy joins me

Decided to wait till daylight to get some more screen grabs.

It's at this point I noticed the trick parking job, tripod style (or 4/18 wheels off the ground)

Then I decided I could totally get up next to that viewing platform. I tried reversing up first and I nearly got there but the trailer kept catching on the rock so I spun round and tried to drive up.

Somehow my sport trailer caught fire because...reasons...or GTA logic, I haven't decided yet.

In a fit of rage I bombed down the mountain and somehow the truck didn't explode.

Killed this ***hole chef because of his comments.
