Just to be clear, all cars and content will be made available instantly, instead of a staggered launch like the second set of lowriders, right?

Yes, it'll all be in the same update

Riddle me this, Batman:

Did the 3 lame new lowriders get a trailer of any sort? And the Franken Stange/Lurcher?

No, right? But there are bound to be more cars in the patch that's not in the trailer, if R* is being pretty predictable about it. I'm expecting an upgrade to the 4th of July set, like a more Murican Sovereign.

Are you seriously implying the Sovereign could be more 'Murican?

I know the new content will be great and all, but I noticed something potentially even better.

Watch closely in the trailer and you'll clearly see a weapons safe. Are they finally introducing a form of inventory management?!!!?! Can we store all of the useless weapons we never use?!

I would love to use the armory in my heist planning room.

Need a 4th person for the Pacific Standard job. No mic required. First reply gets the spot.

Please oh PLEASE! You don't know how badly I want to store my Firework Launcher, extra pistols, and assault rifles. I hope we can also select the weapons we want to use while driving. Cycling through extra grenades and stuff just to get to the correct pistol or the Uzi gets so tedious.

I've been killed so many times while completely stationary trying to select the correct weapon.

I am all over this!!!!!!! EPIC SPLOOOOGE!!!!!!!

Oh my, what a gratuitous headlight position. It looks like a snake.

I'm thoroughly going to enjoy not being blown up by 12 year old's charging at me in this thing.

It will just throw my car into the air instead.

Speaking of the Cheetah, - I think I've mentioned this before in another thread - you can choose it in Sumo, park it on the edge of a slanted roof and wait, then the other player will probably drive right over you and die.

That sounds awesome. I need to try this the next time I play.

Well , the it looks like I will be buying the zagato and the reaper .

and the tug :lol::lol::lol:

Also , this week , will there be a themed - sales week like the past few weeks , with it being the new update soon and all that ?

As cool as the new update looks, am I the only one who wishes they'd do more themed updates like the Beach Bum and Hipster updates? It seems recently they've just been taking the whole theme of businesses and organisations and just making them larger-scale. Where's the dumb Fast and Furious themed update with a whole set of new vehicles that we can horrifically rice out? GIVE US WHAT WE DESERVE R*

Agreed, as awesome as some of the super cars look - and they do look awesome - supercars are a bit boring now. I want a change of pace but unfortunatly expensive things tie in with shark cards.
Still, I am looking forward to the new update.

We're having a time with the new upcoming update, but R* seems to like having these discount weeks.

Not too bad, especially when people are really turned off by the Limo. Too bad it's been a long time since I got my Cog (day 1 of update) and the V12 (Chinese New Year).

If not for the upcoming update that I may want to get cars in, I'd get the Turreted Limo to have when I'm VIP at a moment's notice like the Buzzard

How much protection and performance does the Turreted Limo even offer? I mean, it looks badass, but if it's not on a similar level to an Insurgent, then I won't justify purchasing it.

I honestly don't remember, only rode in it once with @Angel & @nascarfan1400, but having something like that on standby whenever you want it like the Buzzard when you're VIP might justify it's purchase

The Insurgent is also worthless. Especially against bullets, even the driver can be taken out without too much trouble.

Both cars need 2 people to be of full potential.

But if you expect a fast land moving Pegasus vehicle.. prepare to be disappointed.

EDIT: Since I own both vehicles for a while, prepare to be also educated.

The Turreted Limo..

- Very very useful for a quick vehicle spawn while in VIP.
- No visible icon on map.
- Higher survivability in drivebys, thanks to bulletproof parts.
- Bad ass minigun.

But the Insurgent Pickup..

- Better track time, if you even think it matters.
- Can carry 9 instead of 5.
- Withstand 3 explosions, so one extra life for GT5PowerBomb-ing.
- Smoother off road ride, due to 4WD.
- Cheaper by a few hundred thousand.
- Bad ass gun.

Really a preference thing.
