You need a budget to start off because you are givin other players money. IF you want a cut you need one of the crew members to have this unlocked. The only tricky bit is point #7.

1. Complete all the setups for the final heist.
2. Start playing the finale with friends (optional)
3. if you are a host make a cut of 0% and give all money to other players (it has no matter how would you divide the cash between all players)
4. start playing as usual. When you enter the vault let one player to grab all the cash (he must not be a host!) and continue completing the heist with kuruma or teleport or whatever methods is best for you.
5. when you all done, let the guy who carries all the cash to drive the boat.
6. now, when whole the team would be passing the bridge you (if you are a host must disconnect from the network or just quit the game asap) or tell whoever is the host do it
7. the game would glitch now but in a few seconds you will see cutscenes and it would say that you have completed the heist.
8. if you did everything correctly it would let you to start it again, without timing, paying 100k for it and playing setups.

Ahh, that's no good, as in my time that's from 3 AM to 1 PM, which is pretty much when I sleep . In your time I'd be available from 4 PM to Midnight and 3 AM to 7 AM

Do I see some Gran Turismo 5 or 6 screenshots on the portfolio site?

Also while I do like the Middle Park rage rendition, don't get your hopes up. It doesn't sound like a mod though since this is coming from a Rockstar's Employee's portfolio but it could have been cut content during early development stage when Rockstar was testing the new engine for GTA V.

But you know, the more I think about it, I feel like they could be preparing for a GTA IV remaster. That would be badass. Imagine GTA IV remastered using the same engine as GTA V.

Yes, but they'll release 5 more over the space of 2 months so that you're more tempted to buy Shark Cards. One of the cars will be a hypercar mistakenly placed into both the Sports and Supers classes simultaneously, and will be the fastest car in the game with near-perfect handling and grip, destroying every other car in those classes.

Could the cheetah and the Peyote be getting Benny's support in the future?

Inside Benny's garage, there's a Peyote sitting on a car lift and underneath it is a Cheetah covered up. While they are there for decoration, it's also possibly a tease for a future and upcoming update. Why? Well I'm pretty sure you may have noticed this but inside Benny's garage, you can see a yellow Banshee sitting on top of a car lift which can easily be noticed when entering the garage. And the Banshee was eventually given Benny's support. The banshee, along with the two other cars mentioned has been there ever since the first Lowriders update. So if this is going to be the case with the Peyote and the Cheetah seen inside the garage, then we could expect the two cars to gain Benny's support in a future update.

I'm very curious as to what the Cheetah may look like after being upgraded at Benny's. My only guess is that it might have some modifications inspired by the Ferrari FXX since the Cheetah's body style shares some characteristics with the Enzo which is the model that the FXX uses but we just have to wait and see until Rockstar decides to give the Cheetah support.

I've spent a million for a Minivan custom and buying modifications for it and went broke after that. Safe to say you've spent your money on something better than what I spent mines on.

If the Cheetah does get Benny's treatment and it turns out to be what I expected, then Benny's can have every single penny on my bank account and I'll still be satisfied at the end of the day.
