Can't tell cause of glare but you going for that colour that Ford debuted the new GT in?

Yep! I do it with quite a few of my cars, actually; my T20 is in volcano orange with matte black on the sides, just like what the P1 looked like when it debuted.

Yeah I sometimes go with real colours.
So what combo of colours did you use to get the blue? I may try it and see how it looks in game?

Must. Not. Log. On. This. Week.!

So, The Finance & Felony Update.

Rather pleasant if I do say so myself. Whilst luxury vehicles are vastly overrepresented at this point, its no secret that they're fun to drive. With that in mind, I decided to purchase all of the new vehicles. The first being the Grotti Bestia GTS, a delightful car aesthetically taking inspiration from the Ferrari California T and the Ferrari FF. Naturally, I felt obliged to paint it the same colour as the rest of the cars within my Grotti collection. Its a rather, should you say, elegant car to drive, and is neither particularly fast nor loud. Lovely.

Having returned from my Grotti outing, I turned my attention towards the new offices. There are four of them, ranging from one to four million dollars. Liking the concept of an office situated towards the top of the tallest building in the game, I went and purchased the office inside the Maze Bank skyscraper. With the options available before purchasing, it came to a total price of $6,650,000.

Present is also a helipad for your gold helicopter of choice.

Shortly after evaluating my new office I was prompted to purchase a warehouse. I'm not entirely sure the reasoning for having a warehouse as such, but they are rather expensive. The one that I bought, near the airport, was nearly $3,000,000. I went to check it out in one of the other new additions in this update.

Here's my review of the car above:

Its fast and I crashed it.

Hmmmm, personally those new super cars are ugly as hell! That reaper is like 3 different styles crammed together and that splitter on the FMJ.......good grief.

Metallic Dark Blue with a Diamond Blue Pearlescent.

Are there any customization options with the new cars?

EDIT: We can legitimately purchase the Cargobob now. FINALLY!!!

?

The Cargobob was my first helicopter purchase. Waaaay back on the ps3.

Edit.

Don't know if this works but: a post from January 1st 2014 in the premo GTA thread.

It was requested by Simeon, bunch of guys were fighting over it. So I got my CargoBob and placed it out of their reach.

Well, I never had the option to buy one on the PS3 or PS4. Only in singleplayer. I just hope that we can request them in missions now.

We were able to use them in missions. I remember one mission where you had to pickup a trailer from underneath a bridge near Simeon, somebody managed to get the trailer stuck in a ditch and I scooped it up with my Cargobob.

In the first month or so of GTA Online coming out, you were able to buy a Cargobob for much cheaper than what it's being sold for right now.

Figures. Everything was broken, chaotic, and poorly implemented during that time period, so I'm not surprised. Do you know how much it cost back then, and now? I can't get on my PS4 today.

EDIT: I just read that it could be purchased for $185,000 originally.

From Gta wiki

  • Players were originally able to purchase the Cargobob from Warstock Cache & Carry for $185,000 by performing a glitch. This glitch has been patched, but players who purchased a Cargobob during that time could kept it and freely order it from Pegasus at any time.
Can't remember if I glitched it though.

Ninja edit tree'd!

Can someone explain how the new properties and warehousees work? Can you earn lots of money from them and do you earn more if you buy a more expensive set up?

The FMJ has a spoiler (from lip wings to Ford GT 2017 LM wings), roof scoop option, and allowing to swap the front fender's material.

The secondary color's use is only on the roof scoop and fender if you set it on secondary, so no (thin) stripe. The FMJ only has doors to open, no trunk or bonnet.

EDIT:

You can only add a spoiler for the Reaper: be it one from the Rapid GT, the V shaped one from the Zentorno, or a GT wing like the Osiris.

The Bestia has some body kit options, 1 exhaust change, a few hoods, but nothing too lavish. The small lip spoiler is placed on the top of the car's rear window, like a hatchback.

SPD makes some patch note analyses:

The Nagasaki Dinghy is now available from the VIP vehicles menu for VIPs and CEOs.

VIPs get a naval option. Nice. To get Dinghy or not..

Bodyguards / Associates can now call in vehicles themselves. These will work the same way as the VIP / CEO vehicles and will be free to call in if the Bodyguard / Associate owns them and be charged for if not.

Slight nerf, but okay.

Two players can now get into beds in GTA Online.

Umm...

Fixed an issue that caused a missing exhaust flame on the Mammoth Hydra in Rockstar Editor clips. This will now render correctly in clips made after this patch.

*music plays*
YES!
YES!!

The good thing about being at work when a DLC is released: I can spend my lunchbreak watching videos on YouTube about the content. So it looks like it'll be a cheap update for me. I'm just going to buy the lifted Rumpo (because off-road A-team  ) and the Grotti.

Maybe also the cheapest office.

And perhaps some of the new clothing.

So...back to work :yuck:

There is outrage regarding the CEO activities being restricted to be purely PvP aspect. For starters, with the "only public to play CEO" and the boost of organizations in each room (from 6 to 10), people has dubbed the DLC a "Hydra BLEEPing festival".

I'm just going to sit in private rooms, driving the FMJ and check out the new VIP jobs. Assassination and truck hauling seems fun.

Man. And I thought we were getting spoiled rotten by all the options for the Zentorno when it was first released. Then, lowriders changed everything we knew about how deep the car customization could be. Now, we get some actually useful race cars and they get diddly squat. :grumpy:
