Take this picture with a grain of salt, but this is a PC mod that allows purchasing of cars not in the game yet. But, notice the prices being consistent with the online mode..
So, we can say we have a really expensive car already in the game.. and a gravestone for the T20 and our wallets.
EDIT: seems like a copy paste price, but still consider it anyways..

I intended to make a gif of that, but I ended up choosing STEPPING ON THE BEACH instead. Oh well.
But on car upgrades: it seems that both the XLS and the Rumpo Custom are just ignored in the realm of body work. Makes an inner SPD sad. But waiting on the XLS's race performance to replace my Armored Baller LE.

Bought an office and a warehouse. Kind of fun. Have to start joining more public lobbies though
@ToyGTone ,I couldn't hire you during the job I was doing. And you left about 30 seconds before I was done with it. Maybe another day
Edit: To answer my own question. Yes, you can upgrade your office later. I bought the cheapest one, but with all upgrades just to be sure to have them, but I can change the interior to something else if I'd want to. I guess the same goes for the safe and other stuff too
