After doing a lot of Import/Export missions, I've come to the conclusion that the game is very buggy. Some of the time the car you need to steal doesn't even spawn. You also don't make that much money (as an associate). At least its fast and easy to steal a car and when you sell it.

Since the update dropped I have purchased the new Tempesta Lamborghini thing, XJ220, a 20 car garage and a car warehouse.
I love both the cars. They are fantastic. All in all fully upgraded cost about 2.5 million for the two of them.
The 20 car garage is lovely but I wish there was more interior customisation.
The warehouse is also pretty cool. It looks like a working garage, a bit grimey, clutter everywhere and scattered with tools. It also has a very cool looking underground garage for the new Pegasus speciality vehicles.
I spent 2.3 million on the warehouse and in just a few hours already made about 500k. The car stealing missions are varied but like everything it will become a bit of a grind after a while but it won't be long until I've made my money back on the initial outlay then it's all profit. Make sure you like driving as you will be doing a lot of it if you buy a car warehouse.
Apart from a few easy thefts most of them require a small shoot out or chase.
Alone in a public lobby or with crew members it is pretty straight forward but of course in a lobby of randoms it won't be easy.
When you sell the cars you get options on how to sell it, if you choose the riskiest option you spend 20k on upgrades (if it's a super car) and then deliver it for 100k giving you 80k profit. There is a cool down period of about 15 minutes between selling them.
Of course the different classes of cars earn you less and you can't choose to only steal and sell super cars, you get what you're given but even the lowest value cars can earn you about 30k+
When you steal a car you have to pay for any damage that occurs while getting it back to your warehouse and when you sell the car you lose money if you damage it during delivery.
If you have 3 associates you can sell four cars at a time and I guess that will result in a longer cool off period.
My advice is to think carefully about the location before you buy a car warehouse. In the city is more expensive but easier to get to. The more awkward to get to are cheaper but will soon annoy you if you have to drive further to get to it.
The biggest annoyance for me though is always having to go back to the office to access the computer to steal another car. Why you can't do it on your phone is beyond me.

Video showing some customization of some of the unreleased cars. A few towards the end are repeats, but the first few are pretty cool. Definetly interested in the Itali GTB, the Nero, and...the Comet. My god, the Comet. Let's just say, if you wanted an older Porsche...you may be in luck.

If you are selling the car and it gets damaged during the delivery it isn't that much of a loss unless you absolutely wreck it.
If it gets destroyed then you lose the car and any money invested in upgrades. You can choose to sell the car without any upgrades though. You earn less but there is less risk.
If you can find a quiet lobby it's easy money

The absolute STATE of them.
YouTubers weren't so bad back in the IV days because the only videos people actually watched were well crafted Machinima's meticulously done using camera trickery, stunt montages and tutorials. If you wanted a bright bordered thumbnail with a piss filter you had to put it in the video and hope it would show up as one of the automatic thumbnails to choose from when you went to upload it later.
There were some general grievances, Windows Movie Maker, 009 Sound System, but good content really did garner the attention it deserved.

According to the folks over on GTAF the ramp car and the other ramp vehicles burst into flames after you hit about 20 cars. All that money for such a short period of car flipping and you can't use them in contact missions!
In my opinion none of the new Pegasus speciality vehicles are worth the money.
PS,if you try to get into someone's new ruiner it electrocutes you if they have set it so you can't access it.

I don't know if that's exactly it. I've seen somethng with that almost exact shape. The 570Sis close, but it's off a bit. It might be it, but I'm not 100% be sure.
I want to say the name begins with an "S", but that's all I got. You could be right, and I could be thinking of something else altogether, though

Are you serious? How/why on earth would the ramp car explode for just sliding underneath cars? The Cheetah, Turismo R, etc never had any issues like that. Why would an armored car behave in such a strange manner?

On the Playstation 4, is your PSN account name that you used to sign up the one displayed in GTA Online do they use your changeable PSN nick name? Games typically use either one, I ask because I want to make my email for the Social Club thing the same as my display name.

Your PSN ID is used in-game, not the nickname. The Social Club account name only appears on the RSC's website.

It just depends on the value of the car, and how many you're selling at once. There's three types of value classifications (Standard, mid, & top/high) and you have three options to choose from on how to modify the cars you're selling ranging from $0 for no mods on the cars to $20,000 for a fully modify high value car. Selling a $20,000 fully modify high end vehicle will get you $100,000 each if you deliver it without any damage. The value of the car will drop if any damage is caused resulting in losing money even if you weren't driving it. This is all from me selling cars by myself, you can earn more money at once if you have assigned associates to drive other cars to the drop off point.
As for cooldown, I believe it's 30 mins after each sell.
P.S. I would recommend you to have a solo public session with a friend or crew member who's in his own organization or mc at the same time you're selling cars or else npc in blue cars will chase and shoot after you resulting in car damage.

Penetrator is 9th in Supers with a time around the FMJ and Tyrus
Tempesta is now 3rd in Supers being 00.001 slower than the X80 on Broughys testing. Only 2 vehicles in the video unfortunately.
