How to get a Hydra:-

1. Go to Warstock
2. Buy the Hydra
3. Call Pegasus
4. Drive to Location
5. Enjoy griefing the session!

-------------------------------------------
How to get a Ramp Buggy

1. Buy Office
2. Buy Warehouse
3. Go back to your office
4. Start some Import/Export missions
5. Drive to the edges of the map as you get chased by menacing helicopters and angry NPCs shooting at you with extreme precision
6. Repeat Steps 3-5 four times
7. Go back to your office
8. Start Special Vehicle missions
9. Hopelessly restart the mission four times because randoms are retarded as 🤬
10. Drive all the way to beyond Zancudo
11. Congratulations, your ramp buggy is now 25% cheaper, it should cost 2.4 million rather than 3.2 million, what a bargain!
12. Remember, you can't upgrade its armor so you can only use it 30 or so times before it blows up because our collision program is 🤬, so fun is allowed to an extent!

Goddamn, the execution of this update really gives it a sour aftertaste.

I enjoyed the Ramp buggy a lot more for the few minutes I drove one yesterday, than I've ever enjoyed flying a Hydra. I'll get a Ramp buggy some day...and I won't regret it for a seco...or maybe for a second:lol:. But I'll stop regretting it the second I send an 18-wheeler 20-30 feet up in the air :lol:

They do look incredibly fun, but you need to remember they explode after hitting 20 cars.

Didn't one of the head honchos end up leaving Rockstar sometime last year? Ever since that, I think the direction of the game has had a shift. Beforehand, free mode was always going to be "Operation Cluster:censored:$", but as of recent, they seem to be making it harder for hostile players. Do you really want a lobby full of Ruiner 2000's driving around? I certainly don't. So, jack the price up, that way less people will buy it. Like @STI9 with his Lynx. I've only seen him drive one, because it's an awful car, er, it so expensive for what you're getting. I'd much rather buy a few cars and a warehouse over one Ruiner that does the same thing as a Buzzard. As with the Ramp Buggies, my Cheetah can do the exact same thing, and not blow up after twenty cars.

I watch more of Broughy's videos than most other people, I'm sure, and listening through his rants, he made a point that once something's in the game, Rockstar very rarely will go back and change it. The Hydra's been out for well over a year, and I have dtrong doubts that they'll ever mess with it again. The best way to combat other Hydra's...js to have your own Hydra. You'd be suprised how peaceful sessions get with @Sting flying a Hydra right over the heads of your MC crew. Sure, afew Insurgents, and @Tex's tank won't hurt either.

Surviving in free mode is all about strength in numbers now. Solo free modeing just isn't a good option anymore.

Yes the creator and mastermind behind everything you know as GTA is no longer with R*, and is currently and ironically involved in a lawsuit regarding royalty compensation $$$ with R*. The direction and atmosphere that is GTA is likely to shift in the future because of this. It is unfortunate.

It's the best car in the game :sly:

Yes. Leslie Benzies.

And in that case I'll just pay $200 to Pegasus and pick up a new one

It's not a Pegasus vehicle. Also, it shouldn't need to be pre-nerfed. If the Cheetah and Turismo R can act relatively similar without detonating after hitting one lane of cars, why can't the Ramp Buggy do the same? It's not overpowered. Drivers can be easily killed if someone is using explosives or aiming at the front seat. You also can't use the Ramp Buggy in any contact missions or races because it's considered a "Special Vehicle"; not a Pegasus one.

Aha. I must've missed that. Oh well. It's still funny enough for me to buy. I'm not in a hurry to do get it though, since I'm not one of those "I-have-to-get-everything-that's-in-the-game-because-it's in-the-game"-kind of guys

I think the vehicle stealing missions are a little bit broken.

I was driving a 900R from Sandy Shores back to my warehouse (undamaged), I lagged out into a solo session, and the car spontaneously combusted.

Yes, during my first steal mission the car was behind a fenced area. I simply exited the car approaching the fence to clear it out with a firearm as to not damage the car ramming through it, and upon exiting the vehicle it exploded and killed me.
