If I have a $400,000 apartment and trade it in for a $30,000 garage, do I get $370,000? I don't swap properties very often.

... Or watch out for AI Mules under Fort Zancudo. *shudders*

Any significant drawbacks you've noticed?

I had to check in game, but I believe that's how it works. I don't change properties often either, but from the numbers I've seen in game, I would guess that if you trded in a $400,000 property for $30,000, you'd get $370,000 in return.

You actually get half of what you paid subtracting the cost of the new garage. So 200k back minus the 30k. Bare in mind also if you got the property on any kind of offer like 50% discounts that'll come off of it too. I had a half price offer on one of my properties when I bought it. Sold it at a later date for only 25% of the value currently listed on Dynasty.

I've been looking for a profitable glitch and found this. I thought I'd share it with you, so you can make some cash before it gets patched. It totally works. I've been doing it for a long time, I just wanted to have it confirmed by someone else before I posted it here.

Enjoy!

I know some are considering trading in all of their apartments/garages but I think it's handy to have a few spawn points around the map. Sometimes you just find yourself near an apartment and you go in to get a car out which is pretty convenient, if the there is a cooldown on the mechanic or you need to dive inside to lose the cops or whatever.
I personally don't think it's worth it when you consider how much money you would get in return.

Also worth noting the following rewards:
Heist challenge rewards
Criminal Mastermind - $10M
All in order - $1M
Loyalty - $1M
Another Perspective - $100k

Agreed. Plus the fact that when you've filled all those small garages, you'd have to upgrade to bigger ones AGAIN wich will cost money.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's been mentioned before, but I've been finding it quite irritating that there isn't a checkout option in benny's/other mod shops. I've spent everything I had left on getting the classic elegy/R32 and I would like to try different bumpers/livery's, but that's impossible (in my case) when it charges you for every tweak.
:yuck:

Possibly a dumb question, but how would I sell my clubhouse and properties attached to it?

Looking to consolidate my GTAO assets, and as I barely use the MC stuff aside from the bikes themselves I want to get rid of it.

You cannot sell either of them, you can shut down the business which means you don't have to pay the running costs. You could trade in the clubhouse for a cheaper one but I doubt you would profit from it.

I'm going to trade in my Massacro for the Specter as well as my Adder. I'm keeping my Manthey Comet for turning into a classic.

Not sure which thread to post this but...

As much as i don't like naming people but i like how in his PSN name says KSA and then "bombed you"..:odd::P
I would like to make a video of some of GTA Online experience just for fun.

I also decided to sell some of my vehicles i rarely ever use to buy that above elegy. This update vehicle are pretty much "Movie/TV Car Pack" with Ruiner 2000 (Knight Rider), Elegy with white/blue livery and Ramp Buggy (Fast & Furious), Those Armored trucks (Mad Max?), Karin Technical Aqua (Top Gear)..etc.

Seeing KSA reminded me of how common those names were in GTA IV MP. Just about every session would always have at least one person with that in their PSN ID. They never responded if I asked what that meant.

KSA usually is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That's the response I get most often when I ask.

Could it mean they are from Saudi Arabia (or at least saying that they are)? AFAIK KSA is the initials for Saudi Arabia

Tree'd

Make that 3, except I just don't have time to power through all the heists. Plus the fact I've only done Fleeca and the Prison Break.

I've been trying to do it for ages. I know how it's done. I just need a crew.

Of all the things you can obtain in GTA, couldn't a garbage can or a closet be one? I'm personally not a fan of the litter strewn about in my office space. I thought that's what I had a warehouse for...

For some reason I approach heist's like suddenly I'm the world's best ever killer and the only person there who has it under control. You know that scene at the end of Red Dead Redemption where John Marsden runs out of the barn in a blaze of glory and a hail of bullets?

That's me but I tend to scream the words "I GOT THISsssssSsss. Have it You Mothers!!" First.

Heist failed. leeislee died (to the utter dispair of the other heist members). So yeah I will never complete criminal mastermind.

Your Commissioner, is now a Criminal Mastermind. Respect me as such!

And regardless of what people say, it is actually quite easy with a good crew. @Flash_Sweden @250 GTO @STI9

Bolded the most important words there. I know I found it a little stressful, but you're right saying it isn't as bad as people make it out to be with a good crew. On the other hand, that's also why I won't bother to help certain people who have been begging for help since I did it months ago because I know that they play like idiots in heists. I'm not wasting my time helping people who will run around aimlessly and die because of not paying attention.

See above :/

Still can't be easy with a good crew

I'll straight say that I used to do what you do all the time. I stopped that because I both got tired or restarting heists and also got tired of being killed from being swarmed and having no teammate support. I'll also admit that I still do blitzkrieg setups sometimes today. But criminal mastermind requires a slower, more precise approach. Slower is better, and I'll admit it took me a couple heists to figure that out on my run-through. While those deaths happen, the ones that piss me off the most are the ones that can be completely avoided like someone running though Merriweather on their own before support comes or most especially when someone in the back of the Burrito opens the door and shoots at NPCs.

I got called out (and while I was mad at being called out, it was rightfully justified) for trying to shoot down the Buzzard on foot during the Insurgent retrival mission. It's stuff like that and blind rushing open spots that usually ends CM runs. If you run with GTP members (I can't help because I don't have a PS4), you should be fine if you slow down and listen. The ones I usually call idiots do the above and then get butthurt for being called out for not paying attention or also do the above repeatedly despite being told not to do so.

EDIT:
I just noticed my bad habit of reading a sentence before typing it and forgetting to actually put a word in a sentence. I had to correct that.

We read over the guides for criminal mastermind on gamefaqs and vg247. I think if you just take it easy, dont rush and just play a couple of missions a day, you will be fine. We are hardly the greatest players and we got it on the 1st try.
The Convoy and the Decoy mission on the PacStan were the only ones that were tricky.

LIAR!;)

Also, be in a party together helps a LOT

Those two and the Series A finale were the worst for me when I did it. Series A went horribly wrong because the gunner got launched out of the Technical and the Convoy was bad because I almost beached the Barracks after I got nailed by two Merriweather Jeeps at the same time. We lucked out because I saved it and we managed to take out all the enemies before we left the ambush spot.
