So I've unlocked all the special mission for I/E and most of the ones for gunrunning. Now I just need people to do them with and I'm set.

So....I just unlocked Heists. Would people be interested in helping me complete them?

If I'm not in the middle of something then I'm game whenever. I'm off for a couple weeks due to medical reasons anyway so all I'm doing is playing games to kill time.

If you send me a friend request on PSN I'll probably find some time to do it. If you have a mic it'll be a lot easier to coordinate things, but I'm not looking solely for it.

You pretty much have control of any airspace in LS if you find a high enough building to aim from.

This is both a great and terrible thing at the same time. It's great because the threat of jet griefing will go down dramatically, but it's horrible because you know people will abuse their power and shoot down aircraft minding their own business.

From day 1, I've seen people rant about the explosive Heavy Sniper Mk2, for it is the new king of freeroam PvP.

The only issue is that it has a steep money gate and time gate, depending on how lucky you are.

This game is bugged!!

and spiraling out of control (well, with control)

Oh, and up next on Research is the missiles for the Tampa, then mine will be fully armed. I unlocked the missiles for the Opressor, except I need to run the mission for the cheaper price....and more $$ or I'll be broke

What the hell is going on in this game???
Where to start...

The Lazer got nerfed into oblivion, the Insurgent effectively got replaced by a Vietnam-era APC, the Combat MG is now a laser beam that can penetrate helmets, the heavy sniper can now fling half-inch explosive shells at people, and everyone is impatiently waiting for a Lamborghini Countach knockoff to be released in the next couple weeks.

Welcome to Grand Theft Syria! :D
Still the best thing I've heard in GTA in a while and if not for a not AUP friendly insult a friend told me that was directed at his manager by a customer, the funniest thing I've heard all week.:lol:

So does anyone have the mobile operations center? I want to see if the weaponizing cars thing is every bit as awesome as I think it is. I'm not planning on doing the bunker/gunrunning stuff, I just want to set up a whole bunch of cool cars. Also, are you limited to modifying the vehicles that are already weaponized, or can you add armaments to just an ordinary car? I want to see if it's worth it before I save up and spend the $1.2 million it costs. Or would I just be better off with an executive office with an auto shop attached?

I do have the MOC so i'll break it down like this.

  • Only the weaponised vehicles part of the Gunrunning update can be customised in the MOC if you have the vehicle&gun workshop bay in the MOC.
  • Future inclusions will include the Insurgent Pick Up(if you bought it from Warstock.), the Ardent and likely even the Nightshark.
  • If you plan on getting a bunker, doing resupply runs will get you access to Special missions for trade price discounts on the new vehicles.
  • Quite a few vehicles need quite a lot of research on parts to get the absolute most out of them, especially the Tampa.
If you can stomach the money you'll need to stump up to get the basics then it is worth it in my opinion, but that's if you're willing to put the work in.

But when you get to the top and have the ability to call in any weaponised machine you want, its hard to feel like you're outgunned. it's also quite cathartic blitzing contract missions like Rooftop Rumble without spending a dollar on explosives or minigun ammo or even taking them on heists as support. :D

You forgot to add that you basically need a bunker and moc just to be able to even get some of those new vehicles. The game won't let you purchase them otherwise.
