Anyways, the Torero is purchasable for 998k. The Torero/Cheetah Classic relationship is similar to the previous Infernus Classic/Turismo Classic trend. Get it if you want a sweet Countach, and not for racing.

Any discounts or double rewards?

Took a few tries but up next on Research is Explosive Ammo. Added missiles to the Tampa and still need to rally up some cash for the Opressor.

R* Logic: The not-Countach can get the two air intakes that are taller than the roof - despite no real-life model actually having those - whereas the not-Diablo - where some versions *did* have them - cannot.

I'd also just like to point out that, much like the Cheetah, the non-pop-up headlights are *completely* useless. Not that I have a problem with that, the more pop-up headlights, the better.

..never change, R*, never change.

After going full Vice on the Cheetah, I'm actually going to be as original as possible with this one.

Edit: Broughy puts it in 5th in the Sports Classic class, annihilating the Z-Type, narrowly missing out on the Infernus Classic and Stirling GT and being Sports Classic Class'd by the Turismo and Cheetah Classics.

Kind of a new mini-series of me making gifs of moments on how I would tackle Import/Export sourcing missions. Here's one with the murky morality point to point race. The race itself is super easy, I once beat it with my Rumpo Custom (mistakenly drove it to the starting line). The Cargobob is kind of necessary because there are going to be people chasing you for this one, which, along with the long drive, is why I don't prefer this mission.

TL;DR it's not at the very top in terms of lap time, it's a good deal off in terms of top speed and a significant amount of the internet has decided it's the ugliest car added to the game.

Then again, a significant amount of the internet thinks a Gold/Chrome/offensively blue/pink Armored Kuruma with The Almighty Wing/APC and dollar rims is "cool".

*selling a GR trailer in a lobby of 28 people*
*entire lobby disconnects, just as I'm about to reach the drop-off*
*loses the 25% bonus for selling in a full lobby*

10/10 great online servers. 👍

Don't you know that the Take-2 execs need more gold leaf for their steak dinners?

I never realized until today that you could shoot out the sides of a Merryweather/CEO chopper. Makes for a great sniping platform, and from what I can tell, you don't seem to appear on radar.

Gotta love paying over 200k upgrading a Buffalo S only for it to revert to stock the next time I get online

Sometimes the Merryweather helo pilot makes some comical remarks when you begin shooting. Even more colourful than when he is commenting about his flight inexperience, lamps flashing that shouldn't be, and any substances he may have ingested pre-flight.

This episode, we have how I would take care of the DUI driver: one of the scenarios where you may have to deal with police.

Two things of note.
One: kill the cops apprehending the driver, so that they don't damage you or your ride.
Two: notice how I'm going straight for the car; that's because when you enter without a wanted level, you will get them, which is when you call Lester. Also a quick note: after losing the cops, try not to make contact with them if you're not looking for another 3 star chase.

Also: you don't often see these sort of gifs, do you? Most of what I share is on cars going wild than guns used professionally.

I've never played that mission, but can you (or someone else) attack the police while the FMJ is airlifted out by Cargobob?

You can't airlift vehicles in that mission unless you enter the vehicle and close the doors first. Either way, you're getting a wanted level.

Thanks for clarifying. Let's say your friend (not in your organization) gets inside the car, then leaves to distract the cops while you airlift the car. Do you still get starts for only picking up the car?

I'm not sure. I always just get in the car, call Lester, and drive back to the garage.

I'm not 100% certain, but I wouldn't. A lot of those activities give the entire organisation a wanted level when any one player gets it. I tend to land nearby with the cargobob, neutralise the "guardians" with the sniper and then call Lester as I step back into the nearby Cargobob to hook the car. Then it's an easy ride with no wanted level and no NPC opposition on my way back to the warehouse.

I do not enter, or even approach the "traffic stop" car on foot.

Edit:
Yep.

This is also the case for the "amateur thief" scenario (the one where when you come close you have to chase your car with police).

That is one of those "Find New Session" source missions to me.

I remember reading a guide for it and there is like a certain distance to trigger the chase, and the area is a 3D radius, so flying above can activate the chase too.

Unfortunately, I forget how far, but I have set locations for where to snipe from. This makes this much less frustrating than the point to point race if you ask me, but to each their own.

From the highway, I land atop the YouTool hardware store and snipe from there. (I have a gif for this scenario)

From Richman, I snipe from the Kortz Center.

And the last one in the desert, my sniping spot is the elevated piece of land on the north east corner of the crossroads down south from our car.

One of the main reasons I reset the session is because the cop chase that originates near Rte 66 and the other along I-15 is very time consuming in travel distance alone. I've done the same with the traffic stop that occurs on the North(West) shore of the Salton Sea just because I'm lazy, even though it's an easy one. The few times I've bothered I usually just let the chase begin and hook the car on the run. Just be careful not to hit the directional unhooking the car because the driver is still inside and will take off when the car lands.

The point to point race is annoying as well, and I will "Find New Session" on that occasionally as well. It really depends on whether or not I am in the mood for a drive, etc. Same with the barge mission; I reset the session every so often if I don't feel like making the long haul.

The warlord with electronic key is fairly easy. Just kill a couple guards with a suppressed weapon until you find the key. If you get the key without alerting other guards, the drive back to the warehouse will be worry free.

The DUI one or where it's involved in a serious incident, I just kill the cops, then lose the wanted level. Steal car, and if it warrants another wanted level, just call Lester.

Most of the time, I'm in a very small lobby, or I'm the only one in the session, so reloading rarely is an option.
