My character image seems to be stuck permanently with a chopper headset on. It's like it both on SC and in game in the character switch.

How long does it take until your character stats start to degrade? I haven't been on for a while because of school.

What do you mean by degrade? Their stats lowering? I don't think they do.

Got chased by I think was a 12 year old only because I killed him for the $7k bounty on his head, I went to spend the money on new clothes, he then killed me while in the shop and blew up my car, he followed me around the map for a good 15 minutes easily from Vespucci beach to the Insurance headquarters then to the airport and after a brief flight to the docks then me bailing and hiding under the motorway while he was in a helicopter then I got in a car then he came after me yet again, all the way to the airstrip in the Grand Senora deser

On the first loading screen bottom left corner they display tips. And one of them say if you don't play with your character for too long their stats will degrade.

Ahh, I'd never noticed that tip.

On that note, do those stats actually affect anything? The handling of your car certainly doesn't change as your driving stat increases, I doubt the shooting stat helps your air either, does it? I know flying stat affects how much turbulence you get though.

Ahh, thanks.

I'm up to 20 platinum awards now, 10 more to go. Not sure which are going to be easiest though. I won't get any of the weapon ones as I don't do deathmatches. Winning some more air and sea races seems a good bet but I don't really like them. May need to boost some of them but I'll see how I'm doing once I get to 100 first. I have now.

The Champion
Class Of Your Own
Penetrate from behind
Dust Maker
Every Race
Survivor
All rounder
Veteran Racer
Clear Out
Checking Out
Ace
Snappy Dresser
Hairy Encounters
When Pigs Can Fly
Armed Robber
Sky High
Suped Up
Airborne
Unirider
Bloodiest Of The Bunch

Do special crates only drop in public lobbies? The normal crates drop in my invite only rooms and I'm up to
10 of those but never seen anything about a special one.

Also for inked you need 500 head shots to get one on your face, is that any enemy or human ones? If it's the latter I'll never get that one.

Driving: Increases control of your car when mid air.
Shooting: Max Ammo increases I believe.
Strength: Increases amount of damage you can take from melee fights. Possibly how much you do as well. Increases distance you can hit in Golf (probably has an effect in other sports too)
Stamina: Pretty obvious
Lung Capacity: ^ ^

Well thanks for the tips guys the other day. Im up to level 37 in about a week.

I quickly started to learn the ropes of racing online :D Best thing to do is let everyone get in front of you then pick them off as they take each other out. Ive won quite a few races this way

Started doing survival for the first time yesterday and love it, great way to get good RP and cash. Get a good team and you can finish it fast.

Yep, or the other way, which only works on a track with a corner after a few seconds, is if you start near the front of the grid make sure you get a boost start, take the corner cleanly and more often that not you'll cruise away as everyone else wrecks behind you. I've won plenty of races on the Grove Street race like that.

I realy can't find so much differences between normal and hard that I should play with normal and get lower RP.
What difficulty others are using?

Normal if I do a mission by myself, Hard if I do it with others (Although I've done a couple of Simeon missions solo on Hard)

Anyone up for some win trading this evening? Would like to get a few of the silly ones out the way (Tennis, Arm Wrestling etc).

Special crates drop in invite only session too. There's one about every half hour.
As for the headshots, I believe it's only on players. Not AI's. :(

I looked at your awards on the R* SC site and here are a couple more you can 'easily' attain.
  • Granny: boost the Target grid with someone. Just turn over all targets.
  • Point break: do parachute jumps of over 3 min. Do the 'over the globe' one. Doing that one relaxed and you'll get flight times of 3:06 to 3:20.
  • Stayed on target: use the 'brakes' at the end of a parachute jump to land on the target.
  • Lapping it up: you have 2/25 lapdances to have the platinum.
  • Crate chaser: pick up crates.
  • The hustler: if you grind races, bet and win.
  • Vehicle thief: you are 277/500. Steal cars.
  • No claims bonus: rubber band your controller when in a car and just let it turn in circles on the Sandy Shores airstrip. Moderate throttle so it just cruises in circles.
  • Mile high club: spend time in a helicopter. Again rubber band your controller and just let your character fly the helicopter high and stationary. Do these last two when at home but not playing or when you're asleep.
  • Killstreaker: boost a deathmatch and get a killstreak of 10.
  • Smoke 'em out: boost a gang attack with another player and make sure you get the most kills.]/list]

Was it a good time?

Yeah I wanted to see how many I could get legit but I guess I'm going to need to boost some of them. The ones I've bolded are the ones I had on my list as being doable on my own, plus:

Delivering cars
Air Race/Sea race wins
GTA race wins
Kill 3 + win (Nearly had this twice but just lost the win after killing three.)
25 different deathmatches

Which would take me to 32, so I should maybe just be able to do those without boosting. Speaking of that how on earth would you ever get granny without boosting? Seems impossible as long as the other player has the power of vision and can fire a gun.

@dhandeh @iainoflo85 and anyone else that needs wins in activities, I'll be online in a few minutes if you want to send an invite. Make sure it's obvious you're wanting to win though, someone from the crew sent me a darts invite a couple of nights ago but set the game for 5 sets so I assumed he wanted a competitive match, and had no mic.

Thanks for that.

I helped @dhandeh get a his ones earlier, and he helped with Shooting Range, Tennis and Deathmatch.

I think all that's left is Plane and Sea races now, but I'm not completely sure what else I need.

EDIT: Enjoy Your Stay trophy just popped up when I initiated a Lap Dance, so I just need Numero Uno and Decorated now.
