I'm just interested in the new cars, if any. I've been selling off a bunch of cars I don't use/only bought to experiment with, and have a decent amount of cash now to throw around.

The usual source is so slow someone else has just straight up downloaded the update and done a screenshot of SSASA:

Hey look, it's the second coming of the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro '19!

Also a Chavsa (prepare the lube. also 300k!?!), an Ariel Nomad and a MK2 Ford Escort. 🤬 yes!

Aside from this, a new Rebla (generic SUV) and Lampadati I've-forgotten-what-they-called-it but it's an Alfa Giulia.

Dripfeed apparently includes a make that two Honda 🤬 Civics (because of course), a new Grotti, a new Sultan that's a weird amalgamation of basically every 90's/early 00's japanese sedan, a JB700 that isn't pointless and.. uhm.. this..

(inb4 I predicted this a year and a half ago - psychic?)

..and this:

Can you say Gran Turismo 3?

also you can buy a fire truck for the princely sum of 3.3 million. Yes, seriously. I mean, the Stockade is 2.2, and the RCV is just 2.35, that's an extra million for more "LSFD" and less everything else.

also also you can buy the fire truck, you can buy a Stockade, you can buy the lifeguard vehicles, but can you buy cop cars and ambulances? No, don't be ridiculous, here's an F1 car instead, because driving that thing on the road is perfectly logical!

Its actually quite remarkable how long Rockstar has been able to keep GTA-O running. I would be interested in this update if their steam update hadn't perma-bricked my game.

I found out how to get a cockpit view on old gen.

Step one: Get a pickup truck.

Step two: Collect the big ball.

Step three: Profit. The camera automatically places itself in front of the ball, effectively inside the car.

Of course, the only problem now is that the ball is heavier than the car, so you might see a small decrease in performance...

I love playing heists with random players :dunce:

Choose to go in as that rapper‘s fans and after 5 failed attempts yesterday to even get to the first cut scene I today managed it to get past that and into the staff area. Nek minnit one 🤬 triggers the alarm and dies 10 seconds later...

Oh god I was trying that one for humane labs with the key card.

Probably 10-15 attempts. One time the car came in and the level 6 just decided to shoot both driver and passenger.

Only once did we work as a team and got blasted bringing the briefcase back. I gave up and quit after that.

I'm really feeling like this update is a disappointment. What I thought I'd get and what I'd actually get with this update are two different things.

Yeah to be fair my spending is dictated by what's discounted these days.

Anyway if you do the slasher challenge and the revolver kill challenge after you have a cool 250,000 waiting for you.

I'd be correct in thinking that the casino heist missions start from the arcade, correct? I'm starving for cash atm but I don't think going with Paleto Bay is a great idea.

Correct, also bear in mind when you sell product from another business you don't get teleported to that business or anything. If you're starved for cash it's probably better to skip the arcade for the time being.

How expensive is it usually to set up a casino heist?

The first one is free, bar the cost of the arcade. Not made it to No 2 yet

There are things you can buy like 3rd clean getaway car (20k) and gunman cop distraction (30k) but these are not necessary.

So, initial setup cost is basically non-existent ($25k). It's just a matter of how much setup you wanna skip.

- Cash sucks. Has the least value and takes the longest to collect. You basically need at least three people to grab it all.
- Paintings look easy enough. Might even have time to grab some loot from the safety deposit boxes.
- I haven't really seen what gold looks like.

Only one getaway car is really needed and level 1 upgrades are the bare minimum really needed. That's like $10k I believe. Distraction and clean car are unnecessary.

Going loud sucks. Big Con seems like the way to go if you gonna get in and out quickly.

Was watching Broughy's video on the DLC cars, and he reported that the 2 open-wheel Formula cars will have tire wear and pit lanes, along with insane performance. Added that if you damage the front wings, it does affect the cars' downforce.

Right now, those races sound really interesting whenever they decide to release them.

The Blista Kanjo and I assume the Sugoi have scripted "torque steer" built into their handling. A bit hard to keep the car going straight.

Any tips on Big Con? Tried it with a mate and we just can't seem to get through it. Stealth doesn't work on the one section getting to the vault and there's way too many enemies on the way out.

I took my Vapid Sadler up and down Mount Chiliad. The challenge was to do it in hood view and without damaging the car.

The Sadler is all wheel drive, but most of the power goes to the rear. Sadly, most of the weight goes to the front, so traction can be tricky.

The long wheelbase is also something to keep in mind for tight corners. In some hairpins coming down the mountain I actually had to put one wheel over the edge because the car was so big.

As it turned out, going down the mountain was harder than going up. Mainly because in some places the road splits in two and one of them (usually the road that seems more natural to take) leads to a big drop. On two occasions I accidentally took these roads and managed to stop just before the big drop.

The first time I was able to reverse up the hill and take the other road. The second time it was just too steep, and each time I tried reversing the car just started sliding closer and closer to the edge. In the end I managed to clear the obstacle by accident. The car started sliding sideways and gracefully came down to the side road without even a scratch.

In the end I successfully completed the challenge and returned to the city for a well deserved car wash.

Just to find out that...

Went to the Casino today, span the wheel, expecting some useless discount or cheap clothing as a reward...

Ended up winning the bloody Emerus! Saved meself 2.75 million of cash and got the fastest Super at the same time

I've started getting to the point where a friend and I both try to do a casino heist each when we're both on. Lately we've been averaging 1m a day each between the two heists not getting everything. I'm now about to break 20 million for the first time ever on the 4 thanks to this after starting completely over.

As a side note, they changed the vault nerve agent mechanics. It used to be pretty easy to snack glitch the vault, but now the health drains so fast that its extremely difficult, if not potentially impossible, to snack glitch in the vault to get more money.
