If you call a taxi and hold down triangle you can steal it (I think), then you can use a glitch to save it (and another one to insure it). I don't know how to do it myself, but other GTP members might be able to help you out.

Yup, its weird as last night every game I joined was really busy, 1.05 did something I think.

Btw, does somebody know where to find a cargobob? Seems like they spawn everywhere when you're level 0-40. But when you're above level 40 I can't seem to find them anywhere
