GTA Online Thread (Useful Links in OP)

Does anyone else have GTA online freeze up surprisingly often these days? One minute I'm sitting in @Katiegan 's Ford GT on our way to Martin's house, nek minute I have to turn off my console! I've heard of some other people getting the same thing.
I have also had the problem on Rooftop Rumble where it says the "Rival Delivered", very frustrating.

The last couple days I've noticed the freeze. The "rival delivered" has only shown up for me when we got out of the car before taking the yellow marker. Might be coincidence, worth testing.

The only time I had Rival Delivered was when I tried doing the mission solo (twice).

You have no idea how happy I am now that I have three red BMXs. At least I have two spare ones in case one of them gets destroyed. MMI, you really need to update your policies to cover bicycles.

Remember: The 747s are made of cardboard and styrofoam. SMGs and default pistols probably WOULD take down your jet. No need for a minigun.

Yea, I've found that out. Once one of the engines start smoking, aim 'er at something.

Wait a minute, can you have bicycles in ADDITION to your 10 cars? Or do they count as part of the 10? I've never seen a bike in a garage, didn't know they went on the wall. If you're allowed 10 cars plus bikes, how many bikes can you have?

I love tank griefers for that particular reason, they're no match for a jet and I love killing griefers. I enjoy flying in this game a lot, kinda miss the days after the game was just a month-or-so old. 10-15x killstreaks in Buzzard/Lazer deathmatches Those were the times.

I must say. @Jet Badger owns a lot of people in Lazer deathmatches. Including me!

Sweet, I never realised. I've gotta go get me a BMX, Mountain Bike and Race Bike.

Edit: Got the bikes, something new and fun to do in Los Santos every day! I've only tried the BMX so far, but I had good fun bunny hopping over oncoming traffic and bunny hopping on top of SUV's to hitch a lift. Then I went down to the skate park at the beach and did some tricks, 180's, planting the wheel on the rail atop the half pipe then dropping back down, wall riding (sorta), I even fluked a grind down a rail on my front wheel peg, bet I'll never do that again.

I tried getting a fourth bike a while back, but I kept an error saying "Garage Full" or something similar, so it must be only three.

Yeah it's happened three or four times for me. Quite aggravating.

Went cruising with @ibnumgt1 around the streets and down the skate park at the beach and the surrounding areas on BMX bikes doing what delinquents on BMX bikes do, jump everything in sight. Some random dude rocked up in a supercar so we jumped his car too. Then a little later on @Snorevette found us rather awkardly reptitively running in to a wall with our motorbikes, motive unknown, and decided to join in.

Apparently the statue man by the Vespucci skate park doesn't like to get punched, or knocked down by some idiot on a bike.

Also, like others have said, you can only have 3 bicycles in your garage, despite having 5 bike racks. Rockstar logic.

I've had a lot of freezing problems too, but only online. I think it's something to do with the latest patch as I never had a problem before it. After you froze and left the mission, your guy was pretty terrified sat in my Bullet.

Also, speaking of BMX, if anyone wants a BMX-buddy to hit the skate parks with, feel free to invite me. You'll often find me pedalling around LS on my BMX.

Not the exact same message, but I've been getting a lot of "Unable to load character's save." or something similar.

I was just in the biggest fight I've ever seen in any game It was me, PS Johan and 2 others. There must've been atleast 12 people in total fighting. It was literally the best thing since computers were invented.

I was only getting this when i was trying to get a $185k Cargobob's onto my Pegasus list via some crazy glitch.

Not had it since though.
