I was asking about the level 75 because there's this one mission from Martin Madrazo that gives like $25,000 & 5k exp

If any level 75's are reading this, it would be much appreciated if you sent me a add on PSN and invited me to a lobby :)

Level 75! Poor old me on my level 20. The most fun I have had so far online, is the Survival in the Boneyard. As long as a person takes either end of the barn, wave 10 is guaranteed.

I did that one with 3 GTP's Friday night. Speedy6543, SpeedyOlly and nine_hundred. First time we died either round 9 or 10, then second time we nailed it and did all 10 rounds. I got the final kill, was a Chopper and I remembered I had a mini gun so I walked out with it all Rambo like :dopey:

Yeah was a good one. I won't forget the bold part very fast. 👍

I had another vehicle dublication occur. I was doing the Richman mission and once getting one of the cars to Simeon's I called my mechanic for my Buccaneer, drove it out to the mansion only to find the original Buccaneer I had started the mission with still there. Which just means the original didn't properly de-spawn like it should have when I called for it. Glitches are fun.

I agree on the survivals being tough. I certainly hate the choppers. Though, there's one ("Railyard") where you can actually hide for both shooters and choppers. That spot can easily get everybody to Wave 10, with a little bit of luck. :)

I think I actually played it with Darren (Daz) yesterday, too. :dopey:

^^ I'm having duplication issues too. My Futo duplicated itself somehow, and when I started the last mission I did (while driving one of the Futo's) it switched me to another car I had just put into my garage (Emperor Habanero). So after the mission I went to my garage and now I have two Futo's and two Emperor Habanero's. :odd:

If I just leave one of each on the street or sell them, do I risk losing the other one?

Nope. You can sell one of them and you the other one should stay there. It happened to my first car and I just sold the duplicate.

Also, two good tactics for dealing with the Armored Cars online:

1. Shoot the driver, steal the truck, hide out somewhere (like in the subway tunnels) until heat dies down, then go to Ammu-nation purchase a sticky bomb and blow the doors open. If you choose to hide in the subway tunnels and already have a sticky bomb, might as well blow the doors and take the money while you're waiting for the heat to cool off.

2. If you already have a sticky bomb, you can pull up behind the truck, toss a sticky bomb on the doors, back off a little bit, blow the doors, grab the cash, and drive away to find somewhere to hide.

The first method tends to work the best. I've done it a couple times and Simply ducking into the tubes is a really easy way to lose the cops. If you take the truck to ammu-nation and blow the doors, you'll get a one star wanted level, but that's easy enough to lose.

Yeah, those armored trucks don't seem to be worth the trouble. But, in combination with pulling robberies, selling cars, collecting bounties, doing the odd mission, and taking high priority cars that's a round of about $10,000, so not too bad. But consistency's not gonna be there since you have to wait a bit before you can repeat those jobs. Survival grinding's getting to be annoying at this point :/

btw, I figured out how to do Boneyard Survival on my own, finishing it easy. You just gotta go into the car shop next to the warehouse. The only way in is through a single door, and there's security gating on each side you can shoot through, but the AI never shoots into. There is a small gap on one side where if you're in it for too long they can damage you, but all you gotta do is stay away from that, and defend the door. Choppers can't touch you, the only drawback is it takes a lot longer. With a good group we can finish all ten waves in around 15 minutes (not exactly sure on that one though, haven't timed it yet, just going by feel and a rough clock check) but on my own it takes around 30. 20k's a good take, good RP too, but I'm not sure how efficient that is compared to other methods and combo's.

Got one race in with Sonic before I had net problems... :indiff:

At least I won it. Everyone seemed to miss one of the first checkpoints. :P

Hey, guys. I don't want this to sound wierd/wrong, but what parent/ grandparent combos will make me white? I would have liked to have a character that slightly resembles me, but I couldn't get it

Just use the random button loads of times until you get one good, then change the hair.

I guess it depends on what level you are. If you can phone Martin for missions then repeating one of his level 24 missions if it keeps coming up is much more worthwhile. "Out of Court Settlement" pays 9k and can be done solo or faster with a teammate. If you're both at around the right level you can both phone Martin and get the mission faster. And repeat and repeat. At a certain point you can get some good missions from Lester. I recommend "A Titan of a Job" for 10k. And if you want a 25k job before level 75, see post on previous page about that you can get one from Ron "Base Invaders". It says level 27 on this link: http://gtaforums.com/topic/614195-specific-job-payouts-cash-only-not-rp/ but I'm not entirely sure because I've been phoning him for missions.

So to recap in the high 20s and up you should be able to do missions for big money.

As for RP and this goes for everyone - do RACES!! Trust me you can get up 3000RP for winning a race on certain combos, just find a good one. Me and a friend do "Down the Drain" and swap wins we can get between 3890 for second and 8000 + a 1000 bet for 1st I think and the RP is about 1200 - 2000 or so, I forget. But that's only 1 lap with 2 people exchanging wins. That makes you a lot of money fast and levels you up fast too.

Good luck grinding guys. Survivals are not the only option.

You can win lot's of RP (around 4000) from Criminal Records (25 to 30sec laps), set to 2 laps and you will be laughing, plus the winner earns over $3000 and 2nd earns $2000.

Anyone else keep getting mission glitch out / be broken? Most recent one for me just now doing 'Wet Work' for Ron, at the point where I'm supposed to go and kill some of The Lost members but they just don't show up, they never arrive, must have called in sick today. And you can't finish the mission. only way to end it is to kill yourself until you run out of lives.

I have the 25k mission up in the room that we're in with one free slot. Best with 4, but can be done with three. Pays 25k too.

I joined a couple of Kitten's plane races. That was hilarious.

Thanks for the invites!

Plane races in this game are by far some of the most enjoyable (and are a nice break from grinding the car ones)!

Had a good race the other day with some friends. Majority of the field chose the stunt plane while 3 of us chose the Luxor/Shamal. Barely got past the first checkpoint and all of a sudden I see this red and white private jet take a line that was only going to end in both of us blowing up

Thank goodness catch-up was on and the speed differential between the p.j.'s and the stunt planes were big enough for me to win that one :P

If there's any virtual flying aficionados here add me on PSN!

I entered a store to rob it. The doors swung open like usual. I aimed my gun at the clerk. He gives me the money. I walk towards the door...and the doors won't open! I tried running into them. Nope. I tried shooting the doors. Nope. I walked around the store looking for another exit. Nope. Then the cops arrived. They shot through the windows a couple times. I went to buy a snack and filled my health back. And I continued trying to get out until the popo finally killed me.

So guys I have a question about "Bad Sport", as I (think) I got labeled as it, but I haven't got a :dunce:-hat on. Does that mean I'm labeled anyway? :boggled:

Are there still spaces open?

I'm not sure, as I had a (lengthy) phone call and I haven't heard from them yet. I'll let you all know once I do. :)

Filled up, but we're nearly done. Only 4 slots so the room had more than that, sorry.

As for Bad Sport I'm not sure. You'll have to ask Countach he's been a bad sport for nearly a week now.
