Yes, steal a better one, take it to LSC and add insurance and tracker provided it's not a Premium car i.e. over 50k (?) in value.

Sort of, but I don't think it's intentional on R*s part.
To explain, I've had instances where I've used Car 1, then called my mechanic to get Car 2 (which basically abandons Car 1), and then when I go to my garage Car 1 is gone (and cannot be located as the tracker icon is gone). But when that happens, all you need to do is call your mechanic and ask for Car 1 again, and he'll bring you the car almost instantly.

So last night I decided since I'm eligible for the 500k I'm going spend my 50k I earned from robbing stores and selling cars towards my personal car. So I then find myself an issy, then proceed to paint it pink and add the gtpl emblem, exhaust, bumpers, and tinted windows. When I was done I only had enough to track it, and guess what happened? I got sticky bombed as soon as I left lsc to go show off. I'm so mad.

I misread that as 'sticker bombed' at first. To be honest, sticky bombs would probably make a car look better than sticker bombs...

Isn't there temporary invincibility after leaving LSC?

Not that I have noticed, he was out by the street sign and I was hooning and honking to get him to get in the issy gtp mobile

Rule No. 1 of GTA V Online - Trust no-one. If you see someone, run.
I've had situations where I honk at people to see if they want to help me hold up a store, but unfortunately their way of saying 'no' comes in the form of high-speed lead in my face...

Speaking of which - my friend told me you could only have insurance for one car at a time, but I'm fairly certain I've bought insurance for multiple cars (though I haven't checked to make sure I still have it for all of them).
Does anyone know for sure if you can have multi-car insurance?

This is why whenever im in a Room with any crew members are being shot i Sit Him Down with my Sniper. They scare away . Then ill give them a ride in my fully tuned Comet. And get to safety. I always get ready when i see a White Dot Incoming. When a Blue Dot Incoming im fine .

For those wanting to steal a motorcycle and put a tracker on it, you can't for bikes worth 10k or more. I tried to steal a Double T but it didn't work. And does anyone know how to take the body armor off?

Once I called him and requested for my Stinger GT. He spawned on the wrong side of the highway I was on, turned around and got drilled by a semi truck. Needless to say I was pissed.
