Encountered an issue lately on story mode. I am going for 100% and I am currently at 95.75% but the random encounters don't spawn anymore. I have completed the required 14 but I am looking to take one more person to the altruist cult so I can wipe them out and get the last letter scrap.
All I have left is the Bridges/knife flights, last letter scrap, nuclear waste and couple of epsilon tracts.
I have tried all the recommended save/reload/sleep etc but I cant get them to spawn and I have also noticed that I don't get 'owned property' missions. I have been playing for weeks in-game, anyone else get this or know a workaround/fix ?

Epsilon missions were/are bugged, only way to fix it is to start a new save. With this new update there have been reports of SP data being deleted after being online.

I have completed all of the epsilon missions and the tracts aren't bugged, just couldnt be bothered finding them all yet.
When you say a new save do you mean a new game or save in a new slot?

If anything with progress is bugged, just disconnect from the internet completely on the system and try it again.

Yea, and my epsilon missions are bugged though, Since I got about 2 done and no more popped up. Unless this fix did it?

I just loaded it up and their back. After forever stuck at 94.5% finally progressing.

I just auto saved while using the slidey cars cheat!

Is that going to screw me over???

I also immediately loaded up the same save file.

You should be fine I assume. They probably learned from GTA III.

I wonder if GTA V will ever get hybrids like in GT5/GT6. Even if they're only available in SP.

I thought you could already do that stuff with an SP editor? Or is that just like typical customisation from LSC?

I've seen people on YouTube with Sandkings that have the suspension jacked up several more feet.

I almost forgot: A Vapid Liberator with more than three gears.

Also depending on what epsilon missions you are at if you need to donate, do so then I went online then went back offline. (might help)

Its not the epsilon missions that are bugged for me, its the random encounters. I am checking on the social club so I know which ones are left but I keep driving to the locations/driving away and back/saving/loading/advancing time by sleeping - the only messages I get are the weekly property income emails. I own every property in the game and I no longer get missions from them.

Do you think there may be some sort of error because I collected 2 tracts (without giving away spoilers, the tracts are only available to collect of you made a certain choice during the last epsilon mission - and I do have the Kifflom trophy)and 1 nuclear waste?
I am also adamant that the game took the bigger boat trophy off me too because I remember getting it.
My game just feels like a hollow shell now.

Not all properties give missions and it's usually just one mission you get from them.

You can, you just need a CFW PS3.

I thought you could already do that stuff with an SP editor? Or is that just like typical customisation from LSC?

More or less typical LSC stuff, yeah.

Tried it multiple times. It's not my D-Pad as the map zooms out fine, it's that the character wheel doesnt show at all. Also the interaction menu doesn't work on story yet I can change the camera. Now I'm stuck with Franklin when I want to play as Michael to do the first FIB mission

Have you tried going online and then exiting back out to story mode? Doing that always makes me play as Michael, no matter which character I was playing before I went online.

I'll give it a try but I don't know if the character wheel works in MP either, and the only save games I have are Mr Phillips, and Fame Or Shame (But it saved after the Supply Run for Smoke On The Water for Franklin). Only other option is play Franklin's mis- Oh, wait I can't because I have to do the Merryweather heist before Hood Safari so that plan won't work. *sigh* Geuss I'm stuck with him til R* fix this.

Try deleting game data and reinstalling it? That may work?
They finally fixed my Kifflom missions after being glitched for like forever.

Don't use the character wheel to go back to SP. Just use the 'Leave GTA Online' option in the pause menu and it'll take you to SP.
