Doing some looking on the internet, apparently the workaround to get Close Shave to trigger is to delete and reinstall the game and updates.

Not sure if it's actually worth going through that hassle just to have a chance at it not working.

Yeah don't do it. a lot of people are having troubles with AT LEAST one trophy.

New challenge: get a high-powered car like the Zentormo. Make whatever modifications you like, and take it to Vinewood Racetrack. Jump the barrier so that you land on the grass trotting track (the inner ring). Call the police and shoot them when they arrive. Get to five stars, then do as many laps of the trotting track as you can before you get wasted.

Got the close shave trophy. Went into online briefly, and when I returned to single player, it registered finally.

Ran into yet another roadblock on my road to platinum. The Epsilon robes were purchased and a week later have not shown up. From what I've seen, they'll just show up randomly so I'm at the mercy of the game until they do.

Can you go online immediately when you start the game or do you need to unlock some missions first like Gran Turismo for example?

You have to play through the prologue of the game. You have no other choice until you do that.

Trophies on PS4 are very buggy. Three Many Army hasn't popped up for me and I spent twice as long as is required. I believe I just finished 5 ground and air deliveries for Trevor's McKenzie Field property and no trophy either.

Haven't played V yet but other than that I'm a GTA veteran, having tried all the others.

Yes, that's one of the ones that didn't mess up on me.

It went normally. If you're concerned about trophies, you can just disconnect from the internet and/or disable autosave.

Problem is I got 100% ages ago and up until that point had no issues with them popping when connected to the internet. I've tried everything I can think of and it will not pop for me.

No save prior to 100%? Would suck to have to go all the way through the game again. Some people have had luck with trophies popping after multiplayer sessions, but failing that, you'll have to wait for an update to fix things. Rockstar is aware that trophies/achievements aren't working as intended on the PS4 and Xbox One.

9-10 missions need to be gold and then I'll have the platinum. Then I won't have to keep disconnecting from the network when I play single player.

I think it's always been X30 since at least GTA III (Not sure if 2D GTA's had time progression).

I think II had x60 time but I'm not sure. Haven't played in a while.
