I thought it looked good today. It's up to you, though. One combo I had on my Super Diamond was metallic Black with a pearlescent blue. I think it was Royal Blue. The combo makes the car look very regal and unassuming.

In case you get another one and want to replicate it, not only do I not mind, I'll help--it's matte Black with Salmon Pink pearlescent (using the license plate glitch), and chrome (duh) Sport - Ruff Welds.God. Damn.
Super Diamond is Diamond Blue metallic with Ice White (or Frost White--whichever appears first on the list) pearlescent.

Could you go into a little more detail about this license plate glitch? I've seen matte/pearlescent glitches in the past, but I'm sure all of them have been patched.
Supposedly, there was a "shiny" paint glitch which gave any regular color the shine of Metallic paint.

[On old gen consoles] Buy a non-metallic paint, choose (but don't buy) a metallic paint, go to license plates and buy (or switch to) one you don't currently have installed, switch back, return to paint and pearlescents will be available regardless of the finish you have applied. It may work on NG, but I have no way of finding out. It is, however, still possible on old gen.

Can confirm it still works on PS4. It does work with any other upgrade, not just license plate. Go to Metallic paint but don't select, add an upgraded suspension, window tint, etc. You should be able to add Pearlescent to any paint combo you would like.

Good to know, as a respray is usually accompanied by at least one other modification, and if not, perhaps it'll work with free chrome wheels so it costs nothing to do it.
