Yes. You have to buy it with a livery but you can choose no livery in LSC for $95. No idea why you can't just buy it without a livery in the first place.

I had to give my fingers a rest after evading at least a dozen homing RPGs and not one, but two Buzzards whose pilots just plain couldn't fly as well as me and crashed. $9000 on my head because I called a mugger on a random to clear my daily objectives.

My main character, who looked awful after being transfered. Took a bit of work, but he came out pretty nice.
My secondary female character. Again, my one from last gen looked horrible, so I decided to start fresh. Much better than the old one. Well...mostly...
And so, after a day or so, I took my Buccaneer to Benny's to be made into a lowrider. Later on I decided to take it out for a bit of a cruise. Then I remembered the ramp leading out of the parking lot of my garage. Yes, I got stuck...

The overwhelming majority of female characters on last gen look like strawberries, and are dressed accordingly by the kids who play them.
Edit: @ExoSphere64 supposedly got a candid shot of mine when shooting these two trucks, but it seems it didn't make it to the cloud. Drat!
I got so close to a rock face that I manage to remove a fender that wasn't even on my truck.

Does anyone know what causes that?I may have pushed it a bit too far!!
I've only had it happen to me once during the Fleeca Job finale. I was waiting for the driller to finish hacking so I got bored and decided to redline, do burnouts, and accelerate then reverse constantly. The car was scratchless (before the engine spontaneously combusted), but I've never been able to replicate it again after that.

This was a difficult picture to get.
If you're having problems with catching the exhaust flash, just hold L2 and your handbrake. Rapidly tap R2 while holding those buttons and you'll get a nice flamethrower.
