Introduction to Special Rounds
The next upcoming race is a non-points paying event known as the special round. These events will be invitationals where both regular competitors and outside competitors can participate. These will feature special prizes as well as a guaranteed spot in the Pokka 1000 later this year. Series regulars can stick to the season entries or can compete in another class. In the event a driver wins multiple races in multiple classes, they will have to pick which qualification to compete with. For instance, if you win two of the events in GT300 and GT500, you will have to choose your GT500 class win to compete in GT500 or your GT300 Class win to compete in GT300.
New class For Special rounds
New for this season for the special rounds will be a third class, called GTC300The class will run to the GT300 specs, but will be using GT3 spec cars. Like both classes, the winner here will also be in the Pokka 1000. Car specs will be posted later on.
