i've had some really good races with a few guys but their names i have forgotten unfortunatley. I look forward to having some great online races with the people on this forum. People who respect racing lines and dont slam draft people into corners just to pass them will always have my respect..

Didnt know Sjaak was a member here. I had a few races with him (just me and him) the other night at Suzuka. It was great clean racing, thanks Sjaak :)
 
I guess it all depends if online is restricted to regions, if it is then I won't see you lads, I am in Australia, well Tasmania to be exact, have a reasonably fast internet connection, but due to location I have a bad ping, which can produce LAG.

I was pushed off the track all the time in the pal version so I went back to the Japanese that night.

Great racing with you nasanu,you are very fast. 👍

Also had some nice races with chieflucas

and a 👍 to pdq_Sphinx,UnknownSam,pegasusrjf,zippyuk and JASE72.
 
I'm yet to race anyone on these forums I know. How about a bunch of you jump to the PP650 Suzuka race right now? 👍

I tend to race exclusively on the Suzuka PP650 in Expert nowadays. I usually always race in my white Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Tuner Car. Tip is I don't have the fastest straight line speed so anyone with a Ferrari, Nissan GTR or Lotus as such can pass me on the straights which is fine as I let them without barging/blocking people. But I do make up though in the corners for stability which surprise a few while others struggle. Obviously if you go in the inside when you try to undertake I try my utmost give you room as well. My PSN is PatchySan.

Lol, yeah I saw you and thought "thats a perculiar parking spot!". I had that happened to me once so I had to do the same. Nice seeing ya, you're one of the first people I saw from the forum. :)
 
Hello all, not my first time here, the last time I was here was way back before GT4 and I was a bit of an internet noob back then. Just had a look at my post history and :crazy:
Anyway, not sure if I've been in a race with anyone here yet, but I think I'm pretty distinctive on the tracks, it seems im the only one using a Jaguar XK in the 650PP races. Because of my car choice Im quite often a middle-runner, but its a lot of fun beating the odd Ferrari or Ford GT on the turn 1 of Suzuka or even speeding past them on Daytona. Had some good battles as a result, if it wasn't for the tuned Lotus Elise's, I might be challenging podium positions more often.
Oh, and I drive all aids off except ABS, mostly because almost no-one else turns off ABS, so I'm at a huge dis-advantage otherwise.

Hope to see some of you on the track!

I HATE the Elises'. More specifically I hate the drivers. None of them can drive! I have never seen good driving from a tuned Elise driver. Same goes to those tuned Skyline guys with that god awful sickly green colour.

But always tend to beat them ;) so its not so bad.

Not all Elise drivers are bad but some people can't handle them properly. Especially before the final chicane. Also alot of them if they spin off the track just quit without putting up a fight. I got rear ended by an Elise who just wouldn't slow down in time at the first corner. It was the last lap and it costed me 2nd place. The person who shunted me off just quit in the end making the whole thing in vain really but I rallied on to 3rd in the end.

Fair enough, not all of them. Only one has had the manners to not ram me to get past.
Its just, as soon as you see the Lotus Elise 111R in the loading screen you know there will probably be trouble.
 
I hate to say this, but.....Forza 2 did have a good point with the custome paint. The online was great becasue everyone had their own color car. Almost no two cars were alike. So it was fun to see someone you had a good race with. Not to forget 360's great friends list.
 
I just had a nice race. A guy called Asimo89 accidently rammed me off at the final chicane so I finished behind him and ended up like 6th. The next race after we both met up again and we were racing in 2nd and 3rd respectively (both Evo X drivers ;) ). At the final straight on the final lap he just braked before the finish line to let me through as a gesture of apologies for the last race. It touched my heart, so thumbs up for him.
 
Right to make things simpler I compiled all the PSN names of all the people who are nominated as clean drivers so you don't have to look up different pages to get them all. I also included the ones that posted on the forums as most likely they're clean racers too. So if you see them around you can be sure of a decent race, like a quality assurance seal or something! I try to edit the list over time as more nominations come in or if you want to be listed as you had enough of amateur play let us know! Hopefully we can get a decent number in the white list!

I just got the update yesterday....I drive black Tuned Z06 most of the time on Suzuka PP650

I Try to stay Clean...I just have problem overtaking some guys who try to block me....which also send them flying in to the run off area which was purely unintentional
