I had a 1v1 race with a guy called BlueAngel4. The race was amazing. Clean play and side-by-side racing, overtaking each other a few times a lap around the High Speed Ring. A highly exhilerating race.
I'd like to nominate my brother, Gadderz. Also, myself, Gadbury but I guess that is not allowed!

2 very good clean racers who keep an eye out for others near them without spoiling the fight! Had a couple of good battles with them but there was sombd who kept on terminating the connection.. GRrr

Excellent racer Had some good clean battles with him on Suzuka 650 this afternoon I was running a Ferrari (the old one) and then switched over to the Evo tuned (old grey) then a new black one. sure I've spotted quite a few people of the list online. And yeah I'm very wary of 111r tuned drivers, theres good ones but the majority just can't drive them. think there needs to be a little re adjustment of there performance rateing to equal the field up a little

yeah ive had a couple of nice races with sjaak, very fair.. as for the elise drivers about 80% are a nightmare in my experience (on suzuka) just shunting you up the rear, not using any race craft or skill to overtake you, most of the time now i pul over and let them by, beats spending the next ten seconds trying to get out uf the sand trap!

Today I decided to grab a pen and paper and write down any good races, and I have a few.
First is DrTrouserPlank who I had at least 3 great battles with on Daytona Speedway 650, my Jaguar and his F40 were perfectly matched! He won in the end, because his corner-exiting-acceleration was better than mine and he could get to the finish line faster. Great race, and if he's here, 👍 for the race space, its hard to find on Daytona.
Second is Hollmi, who was also in the same races as DrTrouserPlank up there, racing a white Ford GT. Again, some great battling and he gave me some room, unlike the cast majority of the Lotus Elise 111R's.
Third is DeuxcvTurbo, for some great racing and finally being a Lotus Elise driver who gave me some room and didn't hit me every chance he got. I managed to keep pace with him for a while and had some rare battles, very rare for Elise's actually.
I've also got a few names for the black list, almost all of which are Lotus Elise Tuned drivers, almost all of which are the ones who knock you just enough to cause you to hit the barriers for a penalty. To those out there who drive Elise's in a sportsmanship-like fashion, then I hope I don't offend you but the vast majority of the time, as soon as I see an Elise on the Load screen or in my rear mirrors I know they are going to either bash or spin and quit.
Oh, and off topic, but I've managed to nab myself a TVR Tuscan and Aston Martin DB9, so I might not always been in my Jag, though I find the Jag the most fun online. I might use the Aston for Suzuka, because my Jag is not always the best for that track. I also agree that the Hige Speed Ring is the most fun track online, mostly because my Jag can keep pace usually, although its best on Daytona.

What do you all think of starting this thread over & having different threads for the different regions?
Since the Japanese version doesn't play with the EU or NA version maybe someone in each region should start a separate thread so it'll be easier to locate drivers you will actually be racing with?
I know once the North American version comes out I probably won't be playing my Japanese version anymore.

Yep, I was in one of the races too. In a yellow 111R.
Got to get something else though, the Elise is quickly becoming the car of choice for the idiots and I don't want to be associated with them.The problem is, there were about three guys in that race (and others I participated in) that pretty much destroyed it. As soon as I reached one of them he'd push me straight off on the main straight. I dug the Elise out of the sand trap, drove like a madman, caught up with him, passed on the back straight (3/4 of the car on the grass as he pushed me off) and got a hell of a bump in the rear bumper in the braking into 130R. The name was "dingodoc" or something.
Sorry for the rant but the black list is closed and the warnings should be put somewhere.

My m8 was just here playing on my Account and had some great races with BIFO. There was contact from both parties but nothing Evil. As a spectator it was like watching touring car racing =S BIFO.

thx man....whas just wondering:where do you loose that 9 tenths??...at one particular part of track or in one corner??
well for one, i lose a couple tenths usually at the chicane, i think that's where my main problem is besides the first one. but it's more on the chicane because my car gets oversteer exiting the first part of it, and that's where you start to pull away. and i'm still having issues with the gearbox lagging in the high end. but i dont think i'm that far away from you. i need a few more hours to get the set up all figured out

what worked for me whas changing the gear ratios...a clean fast exit is the key,as you also said

I went through & alphabetized the list to make it easier to find a name.
Since I did the copy, delete, paste thing it's quite possible I may have accidentally deleted someone so go back & check the first post for someone you named & see if they are missing.
