Semantics say the One:1 is not recognized by Koenigsegg as being an Agera, though. According to them, the Agera RS derived from the One:1 & is the successor to the previous Agera R. However, it's close enough for me, so you are right.

The semantics are in name only; the One:1 itself is derived from the Agera R.

Until the Regera is released the Agera has been the only Koenigsegg model made since 2010.

EDIT: Scratch that, there were some extra special edition CCXs and CCXRs in between '08 and last year.

Braking and Acceleration the Suspension is also a big factor in the braking and this has been proven in side by side tests, I can also add cornering G and it's Carbon Kevlar construction which allows it to be significantly lighter then the Veyron.
All of that I'm pretty sure I already attributed to when I said technology wise, sure. It is superior in that regard.
Because the Veyron SS came out in 2005?

That car was an evolution over the regular Veyron no matter how you put it, it is lighter uses more Carbon Fibre, has different Tyres, Aero profile, different interior materials and a significantly different tune to it's engine to get much more power then the Original, you can't say it's the exact same to the 2005 model.
You were sitting here talking about the suspension of the Agera & how superior it is. Now you want to bring up the SS which all Bugatti did was increase the spring rates, strengthened the stabilizers, & add new dampers. Of course the Agera remains superior.

You kept wanting to talk about the Agera, now we're fast forwarding to the SS in 2010 & bringing up other items that have been nothing but updated? Interior materials are not different beyond bare CF & alcantara. Engine increase was 20%. Don't know where you read about the tires as Bugatti's tech sheet show the same tires for both models. The Super Sport didn't get the major rehaul you might be thinking. Bugatti spent enough developing the Veyron & after the Super Sport, conceded that there wasn't much more they could do without a fresh start.

From the CC8 to the CCX was it not the same sort of thing?

Also the Veyron SS is as much a Veyron as the One:1 is an Agera.

No.
It was the first Koenigsegg that was truly designed with the latest and greatest tools available. All body and chassis tooling was designed in 3D cad and cut by CNC machines, instead of being hand modelled and built, like the previous models. The chassis was enlarged to also suit “the American” market. The roof line was raised, the bumpers and lighting was changed. The electrical system was now fully digital. Fuses and relays were based on semiconductor technology instead of physical fuses and relays. Even though the CCX in many ways looked like an evolution from the CCR, it was truly a completely new car, almost no components were carried over.
Also the Veyron SS is as much a Veyron as the One:1 is an Agera.
I already agreed the One:1 was an Agera at heart. Development-wise, not even close. Koenigsegg made a fine point of engineering the One:1 to an entirely new level over the Agera R.

You quoted 1 sentence I made about the Veyron & immediately quoted a sentence well after concerning it and the F1. The first sentence was in comparison to Christian & his innovative solutions; I thought it was fairly obvious as I used Legend's own words. Thanks to your selective quoting, you combined 2 different parts of a post to make it look contradicting.

Going back, I actually did misread that section as you initially posted it. I apologize.

That's how it reads responding to you & why I'm treating you like an asshole.
Use the ignore feature if you must; that is why it exists but any more personal attacks on other members, whatever your opinionated justification, will not be tolerated. This is a discussion of opinions - you choose to air yours and try to pass them as fact, a common mistake that in no way gives you the right to be rude to others for also expressing theirs.
