Nope, however you seemingly always try and tell people how to vote.
Joey is expressing his opinion, and urging others to take heed.
This is a debate thread for the cool wall, and he has every right to do so.

Still, sorry, Joey, had to vote seriously uncool.
I've ridden a late-model Escalade, and while it was nice and comfortable, the fact that it's a rebadged Tahoe with a tarted up interior and a big engine doesn't change the fact that it's a rebadged Tahoe. Refinement isn't exactly the Escalade's strong point, and the trim can get kind of rattly over time... not what you want from an extremely pricey truck.
The later models have made it ride more decently, and the plastics are improving, yes, but it's the same argument against buying any Volvo sedan or hatchback (in Europe and Asia... not in the US)... why buy something so pricey when you can get basically the same thing with a Ford nameplate (and sometimes, a Mazda nameplate) for much less?
Or contrawise, when you can buy something that exudes a real premium feel not only in material quality but in
build quality for the same price?

A Tahoe or an Expedition would be a much more sensible choice (sensible as any V8 truck can get) over an Escalade or Navigator (yes, I like the Expedition better than the Navigator, too... having driven a Nav versus the same generation Expy, I just don't see the point).
A Tahoe would get a neutral vote from me. An Expy would probably be borderline cool. Their overpriced siblings? They won't get nuthin'.
