Sub-Zero. It's a god awful, terrible vehicle that will be horribly unreliable and fall apart and I would never ever own one in a million years, but the thing is very cool. It's the essence of a cool vehicle. Basically like a 300C.

I think the current poll really demonstrates how messed up the cool wall continues to be, I figured this vehicle would prove it too me. I'm glad it did.

Wrong. The older one was fairly cool, because it didn't ride the coattails of its predecesor (sp?) and because it actually looked pretty sweet.

This one, though, looks like an obscure Pokemon character.

And of course, there's the issue of being mistaken for a housewife or a drug dealer. Either way, you've got social problems.

Why? You're allowed to express your opinions, but so are we, whether we agree or not.

This is about what we each as individuals think is cool, not what the massive, stinking herd of trophy wives and wannabe ballers think is cool. You can think it's cool for your own reasons, but the rest of us are going to think it's seriously uncool because it is an ostentatious, oversized, overweight, overpriced, ugly pile of crap. Its only redeeming quality is its engine, which would be better off yanked out and stuffed into something fun to drive.

The Escalade is the essence of UNcool: a truck that is never meant to be used as a truck, a luxo-barge that rides like crap and has a small back seat. And it just looks overpriced, not expensive, so it makes the owners look like complete fools, not rich fools, so it even fails at its real mission.

XJR wood? No comparison... as hfs has noted... the XJ uses real wood... and not just real wood... you get a selection of several different woods for your XJ, including some stuff you'll only see on high end guitars in America...

Oddly, unlike the TG Cool Wall from which we draw inspiration, the GTP Cool Wall is trim-specific.

That aside, if you strip 600lb of ballast from the boat and shove it into the truck you'll be fine, since the GVW is 14,000lb or so.

Seriously uncool. A pointless truck. Will it be any good off road? No. Will you tow anything with it? Probably never. Does it have any real utility? Not unless your taking the kids to daycare and want to look like a drug dealer. I really never thought these were cool, seeing as how they are less useful than the equivalent Chevy or GMC, so I just don't see the point.

Of course that's just my opinion.

That's exactly my opninion too. And by the look of the results so far, it seems a lot of other people share the same opinion.
