So far we only have 9 drivers in total registered for a full-time campaign - that's both Super and Limited together. The Super class has 5 full-time drivers, and Limited has 6 - two of which are also signed up for Super, meaning we have 9 drivers in total. There's also a lot of empty teams. I was hoping for a lot more interest than this... I suppose people would just rather do normal track racing. :indiff:

I know it's not fun for the other person when I talk straight, but people usually can't fully commit to a series that takes place over a full year, and would therefore rather just take a part-time seat. One never knows what things the future may hold :dopey:

Don't worry, I totally understand. Maybe people just have more of a life than me...

The part-time campaign was only set up if people couldn't make more than 7 or 8 rounds, because in previous series I've been in, people have just not showed up. There's 14 all together, so if they have reasons, I don't mind.

You think that you have a ton of time on your hands? I do homeschool on a computer and spend all of my time on the internet or playing video games. I rarely go outside.

 Lucky! You get more time to practice racing! So far I've only done two or three tests in my Focus on Daytona Road Course.

About the courses, on the day I'm guessing we have a few sighting laps to lay out the course? 'Cause most of the challenge will be memorizing the route

My reason is I simply don't know if I will be in town due to my family situation, if I didn't have that looming I would sign up for a full time seat in a heartbeat.

I'm interested in racing here, but to be honest, it all depends on the time when we'll be racing, since I run a series that keeps me occupied on Saturdays from 23h onwards...

looks like a good field is coming to fruition, nice, can the Stratos or RS 200 be used in limited class?

I guess so, Limited regs are quite loose (any coupe/hatchback up to 500PP).

Glad you're interested! Starting times have not yet been decided, that's why the poll is up there to see which times suit people best. Currently it looks like events will be starting at 7pm GMT, and they should be done before your series starts at 11pm. :)

I changed the Limited regulations so the Stratos and RS200 can enter.
What time of day will this series be racing?

Like I said to Yeratel, times have not yet been decided, but by the current results on the poll, 7pm GMT seems like the ideal time to start it.

I've been thinking of making the Limited class regulations a little tighter, to allow a closer competition. I'm just concerned that because the regulations are so 'loose' that we'll have people running way ahead of the pack. I was thinking about something along the lines of cars not being allowed to have a displacement more than 2500cc (2.5L engine). Don't worry Dave, I've made sure the RS200 and Stratos can still enter under these regulations :sly:.

I was also concerned about the races... is having a series spanning across a whole year too much? Should I reduce the amount of races, have the season start a bit later?

Just wanting a little bit of feedback from you guys before I make any changes.

Just tighten the limited class regulations and have it so your two worst race results are dropped (given you miss no more than two races).

Can me and my friend start in toyota's? As long as it does not interfere with the WMA WRC event's

Of course. Just fill in the registration form in the OP and you're in! :)
I'm still fighting my cable company with bandwidth issues =[

Sorry to hear about that! I know how much internet issues can suck, I had them for a while. Are you wired or wireless? Changing to wired fixed my problems.

We need to get a test race in at some point. When would be suitable for you guys? I can't do this weekend as I think there's another test rally for WRC and I missed last week's due to having the flu. There's also the Dodge Mobil 1 test race this weekend too, so if the WRC doesn't go ahead I'll probably try and make it over to that one. Our only shot is the weekend before the season starts, which is January 5th. Unless anybody wants to do it another day, perhaps during the week?

For me, the starting times are tricky. The multiple race series that I run in usually start at 1 PM EST, although they can go past 2 PM, which would be the starting time of these races (19:00 GMT = 2:00 PM EST).

I'll stick with being on a part-time schedule.

2013 is upon us, which means there are only two weeks until the season starts! This Saturday, January 5th, will be our first and only pre-season test race. I would highly appreciate it if you could all go, as this is a very important race. Rallycross has never been raced and sanctioned like this series until now, so we need to make sure everything works before the season starts. Christmas and illness has prevented me from organising a pre-season test race sooner, so we only have one shot. Mark your calendars, fire up your cars and don't miss out!

Test will be held in my lobby, so it might be worth while sending a friend request to wolfdragon97 if you haven't already done so. Please let me know if my list is full. The track we will be testing on is Road Course - Daytona, as this is also our season opener.

Sending FR now, I won't be able to make the PreSeason race, but I can make it to the regular season race.

Okay then. See you January 12th!

Oh, and the starting time will be 7pm GMT, going by the results on the poll. Hopefully if everyone co-operates during the heats, races won't take forever until midnight GMT.

Unfortunately, the races conflict with the series that I'm in so I wont be able to race until the end of that series' season. I will be paying close attention to the series in the meantime, however. :)

How long does your series go on for? I'm rather worried this will clash with WRC too much, and I don't want to miss out on the WRC, yet I don't want to miss out on my own series! :indiff:

Let's see, there are 4 more weeks left, and the races are on Saturdays, so that means that I will not make it on the 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th.

(It's the series that I showed you a few weeks back. Would you be able to join us for at least 1 race?)
