I'm interested in doing this. Since this is going to be on a Saturday, I can do this. Hopefully I'm not too late.

BTW, expect me to be using my Jaguar XJR-9 LM Race Car '88.

I'm thinking if of doing 3 short ~20 min races this weekend to get the most out of the day. ( The Regular season is still a single 1 hour long race )


KEEP IN MIND the US has daylight savings time 2 weeks before for UK(13th US - 27th UK), so for the race on the 19th & 26 you guys in the UK the time will be 1800 GMT

Sign me up. I see Jake should be back for this season. Make sure you sign him up. He was quick. 20 min races sounds a bad idea. I would race for 190 miles+ if I could find people who are as mad as me. I have a question for everybody who reads this. What is wrong with the Gran Turismo tracks? I could see throught it if everybody was good fast racers and in to realism. But most of the people who play this game are at best, average and can't go 15 mins without hitting something or someone. Droping the bhp and weight won't make a difference. If anything it will make the good drivers faster. They will be on good tyres for longer.

What is wrong with the Gran Turismo tracks? I could see throught it if everybody was good fast racers and in to realism.

Jake is one of the reserves
i like some of the GT5 tracks i just think most of them are too short: (you would lap me by lap #5 lol

The 20 min races are just to everyone use to driving together

I think it would just be a good idea to learn the rolling starts, and driving the LMP1 in traffic ect... ect..... I went from driving with season 1 drivers to an open lobby, and in turn 1 everyone was knocked off, every corner someone else got rammed off , and everyone tried to overtake in the worse possible places.

Not mandatory stops. You might take away the skill of driving on woren tyres. Giving an advantage to the better drivers. Two tyre grades per race yes but stop when you want. A slower driver might be able to out think a quicker one. Don't make the mistake F1 makes every year. They bring in changes and it makes thing worse. Although this year they might have got it right , with tyres that don't last very long. Time will tell.

I just posted that link to get people to vote, that has nothing to do with season 2. I don't have any mandatory rules for pit-stops. Although i don't see how you can do a whole race without stopping @ least once.
