I swear to God, next season people need to pick teams and stick to them. I'm not going to track down who is supposed to be racing for which of the premade teams every week and assign points for them when it's driver musical chairs because many can't keep their sh** together. It's not that hard to make a commitment for the majority of six races.

What makes the driver lineup of this league significantly more retarded/difficult than other GTP-hosted series on this forum?

Other series, 12-14 people sign up, race a season, and it's that simple. What's preventing that here? Is it the time slot or what?

I'll believe it when I see it.

I like the 'ring, it was my season second best finish (in the week series) along with SSR5. Should be a fun race, the pugs are looking good.

Consistent 1:43 at least is what i'm expecting. Qualifying pace should be 42's.

No, i'm saying that in terms of lap to lap pace, I am not far behind, if at all, but over a race distance I will not beat them, because I make too many mistakes and always get into trouble, sometimes through no fault of my own.
 
In fairness I probably need to practice... And Jake.. I was doing 44s in last years race on fresh tyres so I think you are wrong about 45s

The physics have changed since that race though..... not to mention you were 3rd and a mile ahead of 4th, and I said 45's would be 5thish if you don't make mistakes.
 
I've done 10 laps in the Audi, after the race on Saturday. Best was a 1:42.6 which you kinda count as a mid 42? So mid 42's seems one lap pace but I don't practice till Saturday as I have all day before the race.

And PJ, I'm inclined to agree with Jake. No doubt your quick but you always hype yourself up for a win at a lot of races, and you either don't show up (race days you just disappear?) or finish about 8th.
 
Well, life calls. I'd love to make all of the races, but I just can't always make it.

Friday Champ? Might do if there's spots and I find myself doing nothing se at the time. Mostly I'll be just practising for Tuesday, and Saturday in the OC if there's reserve spots, which there usually is

EDIT: Lol! Despite me missing the last two races and virtually giving up on it because of TC I've just found out I still find myself 2nd. Maybe I should turn up more often. It's not the most prestigious championship but still something to be put on my record :D

Huh? I fill in the F1 OC all the time. None of my points count yet though (for now). There is one space in Mercedes which Gret said I could have if I can get in with a reply, before the other 3 reserves lol.

The Friday championship is a nice series. A lot of the top guys compete in it too which still makes it reasonabley fun. Monaco tonight which should make it chaotic better :sly:

and seb I want that seat too... the GP2 isn't great. especially turnout. LOL sahills a good driver tho which makes races competitive :D
 
Sahil? He's like the guy I've known the longest from there, but (with no offence to him) he's never seemed that fast. I raced him plenty on F1 2010. I've only raced him once on F1 2011 to be fair, but I lapped him in that race.

EDIT: And you've wanted that seat since a few seconds ago. Why do you have to do everything I do?
 
I asked wooly for the F1 seat before I ended signing for GT2 as he said it was unfair on GT2 drivers... so i asked first :P

and sahil was mega around catalunya. Not sure about anywhere else.. although I am crap there lol

Yeah, but I seem to be prone to a few oversteer moments in it, I'm not sure if making the setup bump-friendly or putting TCS to 1 will be faster...
