I've only seen one RWD civic in South Fla.... but I did see a RWD integra at a drift comp I went to, he came in second place... but as far as my opinion on hondas and drifting go, they should stick with the original drive train since that's what their cars were designed for. I like hondas dont get it wrong, just.. stock RWD is so much easier and cheaper. :dopey:

Took some pics before hurricane frances....but i never got to putting them up until now. its the calm before the storm...but the explorer is DIRTY AS HELL. i still need to wash it.

'85 Honda City Pro T (and its red;))

Its just like the '83 Honda City Turbo II in GT4, except that instead of having 110bhp due to the turbo, mine's got 56bhp being a non-turbo.

Doesn't sound like much I know, but with a close ratio manual gearbox, it drives ok. (but remember, these are cars that weigh only around 700kg)

p.s

But thats not the end of the story!

I'm going to be booking it in for some tuning in the coming weeks to see how close to 110bhp I can get;)...

We finally got rid of the T/A and my wife wanted the new GTOs. I was against it but couldn't pass up the deal offererd. She now drives a yellow GTO. I still drive the Chevelle.

Thought I'd posted it here already but reading through the thread I realise I haven't, at least not in this thread. So here's the car I bought 5 days after obtaining my licence, which is now three weeks and one day ago. It's an Alfa 155 1.8 TS. It's stock, except for the tires that I think were originally 14" but when I bought it second hand they came with these big and wide 15" Pirelli 6000s.

I paid 1100 Euro for it and will pick it up from the garage again today where it has had work done on it for about that same amount.

The handling of this car is awesome. đź‘Ť Very pleased with it so far, my first little car. ;)

McLaren F1GTR
I own a Fiero now. I must have the worst car here, right? :guilty:
V6 or four-banger? The V6 fastback Fieros are very cool cars.

And no, my car is worse, it's a Civic hatchback. It has served me well, yet I absolutely despise it.

Whoops, I never posted my car here.

I own a 1994 SAAB 900 SE Turbo with 126,000 miles on it. Its a fast little 2.0L :)

Oh BTW, I would love to see the SAAB 900 SE Turbo or the SAAB 9-3 Viggen in GT4. It would be an all new Turbo sports compact for the lineup.

1999 Blue Toyota Tercel baby! I'd prefer an RX7 but hey...what can u do?
Heh, we're taking apart a Fierro in our school...those cars arent very big! nice sounding engine tho...nice 'n' throaty. Dont see many around...take care of it. About that Morgan...holy crap my gramma would have shot Princess Diana for one of those! Morgans are cars to be cherished and taken care of. dont let it out of your sight, no matter how rusted down it gets. you can always restore it 20 years later and then sell it for 6x the amount u bought it for. hehehe. nice cars.

I have/drive:

1986 Ford Thunderbird 302ci (5.0L) V8
1997 Ford Thunderbird LX 232ci (3.8L) V6

and in the next few weeks I will be getting:

1994 Ford Thunderbird SC 5-speed 232ci (3.8L) supercharged V6

Volvo 440XI, I took a pic with my phone but it's not very good. That's my house behind it as well. :)đź‘Ť

Well, now that my financial situation is getting better, I think it's time to move on and get a "sweeter" ride. My actual car is pretty good (you can see it on post 1228...) but I'm looking for something a little more "spicey". So, I'll post a pic of my actual interest, along with some specs and you guys tell me if it's worth considering. After all, who's better than my dear GTP colleagues to see if I'm right?

It's a Ford Ka Action, the brazilian equivalent to the euro-spec SportKa. It's not as good-looking as its european counterpart, but has the same powertrain (in fact, the brazilian 1.6L Zetec RoCam engine is sent to europe and renamed Duratec for use on the SportKa and StreetKa). But here, it's hp figures are a little higher (103 hp instead of 95). The first thing in order is remove the speed limiter (the engine cuts the acceleration at 111mph / 180kph) and put some shoes able to cope with speeds over 120 / 200)

This little baby is small, light and has a good power-to-weight ratio (kind like a Lotus Elise, but not that good!!!), great suspension and steering, fantastic transmission and, being so small, can easily battle its way through the terrible Rio de Janeiro traffic jams... and even compete head-to-head with much powerful cars.

go for it! thats a great little car, and full of opportunity. If what you're solely looking for is good maneuverability throughout Rio, and a good power:weight ratio, and are looking for something quick...why not get a motorcycle? like a CBR600 or something? Those are wicked fast, relatively cheap, and can zoom in and out of traffic like theres no tomorrow. My cousin took me on one from Guelph (about 100miles south of Toronto) to Wonderland, a themepark in Toronto on his Hayabusa (unfortunately the electronic speed limiter was on :( ) and we were just flying through traffic jams, it was awesome. And then when we got to the park lineups in the cars we just went right past them all and they couldnt do anything! it was awesome. Great choice if you just need one for transportation. Oh well, i'd still go with the Ford tho. đź‘Ť

I drive a 1984 Porshe 944. I love it soo much, the inside is really clean and shiney, the outside tho... It needs some work.

also the timeing belt is in bad shape, and with it having a zero clearance valve (is that what its called) if the belt breaks, the car just dies (baadbaad) X_X

it has a few other rough spots, but runs nicely, and its the first manual ive ever driven (well i dont have my license yet either)

I plan to fix it up, goanna take it to my dads shop maybe this friday to get some work on it done :sly: he owns a muffler shop...and I LOVE IT!

It has a 2.5 (i think) litre i4 and puts out 161 HP (at like 92 octane fuel) and I forgot the torq...srry... but it can reach 131 MPH

Thankee, accually have 2 of em, but this ones black and came with a $400 sterio in it :3

also, i look down in the hood (lol) and i see, the exhaust manifold is wraped. :dopey:

IT also has 50/50 weight distribution. (The transmission is in the back) so it can handle the road really well!
