I drive a Mercedes E-class, a second hand one apparently. Till now, I still don't know what model it is. My knowledge on cars is really weak. Any website for suggestion to raise my knowledge on cars????

Please do tell me.

Ok, I've mentioned it before but I drive a 1952 Morris Minor Series II MM. *Crowd goes silent* Yes I know, no it doesn't reach 100kmph..for now, nor is it safe (for the rear crowd anyway).

But I'm happy, as my cousin is becoming keen towards purchasing a 93' Honda NSX. Completely stock for $59,999 - $69,999 (Neg.)

Modifications will be immediate, if not first week. He seems to like modifying a car as soon as it get to his hands but yes, I am worried as an all-over tune, Magnesium Volk TE37 wheels, full custom wide-body makeover and a few interior upgrades won't go too far...

Any members around here own a Honda NSX? Preferably 91'-95'

Me and my cousin are looking at purchasing one soon and I just wanted to get to get some information and feedback from people who own one as a daily driver.

Modifying is a plus. Thanks, GT Pro.

Bone-stock.

1952 Morris Minor Series II MM. (Predicted.)

Ok, dont laugh but these are with the front passenger seat out, as well as the original wheel caps and Glovebox-lid. (To reduce weight of course.)

Slow, slow half-ass steps to restoration so far have been:

  • My own custom panel-beating as seen on the front-left fender of the car sprayed in zinc. (100% quality garaunteed...sort of.)
  • Pop-out indicators fixed. (Yes, they do rule.)
Things soon to be done:

  • Replace engine with a modified 60-hp (Yes, 60hp not 27!) engine.
  • Transmission- Gearbox.
  • Body work - Respray
  • Interior - Leather retrim with actual carpet fitted.

Check it out, my first car. 1990 Mazda MX5, 140,000Km on the clock, pretty mint inside and out.
It's completely stock at the moment but if finances allow in the future then I might get some new wheels and make it a bit lower. But for the moment I'm just going to get used to driving it.

Nice Miata, Revhead!!

Guess it's time I updated mine....I'm late by about 6 months. In Mid-February I acquired a 1987 Oldsmobile Delta 88, with the 3.8 V6. I suppose you could call it semi-luxurious, the interrior impeccable for an 89,000 mile car. Power locks, yet manual windows; a feature I actually treasure. There's a nice little 150-watt aftermarket sub system in the back, which helps somewhat make the car have a gangsta image (well, according to some of my buddies).

She's Silver-Blue Metallic with a White landau roof, and the only things to complain about is that the landau is slowly peeling away and splitting in various places and the power assist to the steering works when it so chooses. :indiff:

But, once as another member above said, it gets me there, and pretty quickly may I add. ;)

Cheers,
Jetboy

Thanks, I think it's pretty decent for a first car, I didn't really want to start off my car owning career with a $100 rubbish pile.

Hehe, whenever I hear Olds Delta 88 I think of Ashs car in Evil Dead. Do you ever feel the need to bust out a corny one-liner while driving it? :D

I don't know if some day this will become true, but I wish I could drive my dad's Renault 11 Series 1. I don't know too much about it, only that it has a redline of 6000 rpm and a max top speed of 220 kmh(maybe 130 mph). But, my dad has 55 years and I 13,so, when I'm 33 He will have 75,or probably be dead,so, if I really want to blow up an engine, I can blow up dad's Renault 11. I wish I live in Japan to buy a Sprinter Trueno (better know as AE86), or, if the Mitsubishi Store is still in 2025, an Eclipse.

Okayyyy......

Favorite first:

'70 Ford Torino 4 Door Sedan, 302L V8

'99 Ford Windstar, 3.8L V

'93 Oldsmobile Cutlass, V6

'95 Ford Taurus, V6

'86 Ford Tempo, V6

'78 Jeep CJ-5

That's all, I think.

here's my S2000. Once I get my tires in I'm putting it up for sale though so I won't have it much longer. Going to keep my beater for over the winter and buy something else in spring unless something comes up in the meantime.

I hate to be rude, but I don't really think that car is yours. I've seen a car bearing similar plates elsewheres (darned if I can remember), that are of that specific car. Would you mind taking a photo with some sort of proof that it's yours? Once again, I'm not trying to be rude.

He has taken photos and proved everything in another thread somewhere here at GTP.
