Alright for you to say - in the 3'24's!!!!

Not that I've played since before Christmas - but I was on something akin to 3'50's! (I did post earlier in this thread) - I haven't had any time on the demo - but I know that I won't be able to get close to the times here!!
(And this week I've mostly been playing MAG Beta)

However - once GT5 proper comes out - I will make a GTP_ username!!

rank slipped a bit after 1 day of no time trialing but I managed to grab it back and then some with the last run of the day on the Normal Z - phew

haven't been able to improve my times for a few days, but today something clicked and I made a breakthrough on the Tuned. Figured out better lines for 3rd and last turn helped a ton, but I stuffed the turn after the middle straight, which probbaly cost me 0.25 of second

oh well I still jumped some places back after sliding down a ton the last few days!

Woot! I've installed the PAL version of the Time Trail and it now works fine. I guess the standard TV I had was not in the acceptable format for it. Now after doing this, seeing the Mclaren F1 in the CES demo and well as coming from doing a lap on the indy road course on GTR2, I've decided to give it another go.

Been making steady progress. Dropped my tuned time from 1:36.931 to 1:36.601 putting me 41 overall in the US.

Now I need to work on my normal time as its still a relatively high 1:49.153.

thedoctor812 is most probably Learner__Driver, thedoctor812 was just for fun since he was preselected in 2008 and did not need to qualify, so swapped his real country France for The Netherlands that year.

PureGT players aren't too bad mate http://granturismostats.no-ip.org:8080/default.aspx?type=1&stats=team there's only 10% of the number of GTP players appearing on this site. How stats can be deceiving eh
