I have been busy lately and have not had enough time to be at. I will be handing the rights to a well behaved, mature, and well knowledge person. I have been examining users, and have discovered a living species who reach my responsibility requirements. Here's a chance for you to vote on the music industries artist's. It will be very similar to that of the "cool wall car" thread. Each week a new group/band/artist will get posted up and you the forum will have your opportunity to voice your thoughts on what you think of the posted artist.
1.) This will be open any genre of music, artist, band, group.
2.) Please try to keep the nominated artist mainstream if possible. Not everybody has heard of your local garage band, so voting on them really would not be fair.
3.) Posting of related videos is welcome. Do keep in mind that if you post a video that has "lyrical content", you must forewarn the forum, public. Also, try to refrain from getting overly explicit - (women,sex,drugs,etc.,etc.,etc.)
KEEP IT WITHIN THE AUP GUIDELINES!
There will be 4 options to make your choice :
1. Hall of Famers
2. Good, but not quite HOF material
3. Meh, they're ok, but not a whole lot of interest in this artist
4. I do not like them
5. Please take up a new profession
Other than that, the rest is self explanatory. Any questions, thoughts, ideas are welcome. Please use this thread to comment in.
To see the results and where each artist is placed, please refer to the Results Page.
There will be one new poll every week. Being released every Wednesday.
I will also contact the nominator via Private Message the monday before asking for a picture from Google and two Youtube videos that they believe best represents the band. So make sure you have room in your PM box!
Once we get down to around 10 nominations or so when closed, I will re-open this for more nominations. (1 nomination per member please. You can re-submit another choice once your artist gets polled).

Ok, the GTP Music Cool Wall is now under new management. I'll try to keep it the same as the thread managers before me.
Though there will be a few things that are different:
1. I will open up a new voting thread once a week, starting this Wednesday.
2. I will contact the nominator the Monday before for each artist to pick a picture and two Youtube videos that they believe best represent the band. If I do not get a response by Wednesday, then I will choose for them.
3. I will use "they're" instead of "their".
4. I'm thinking about opening a seperate "results" thread sometime in the future, instead of cluttering up the OP. This will also hopefully be a stickied thread.
If anything else gets changed, I will let the public know.

I'm contemplating adding a new voting option: "I do not like them". It will slot in between "Meh, they're ok" and "New profession". There have been several artists that I have polled, that I just didn't like, but I didn't hate them enough to think they needed to quit their day-jobs. This will fill the void quite nicely.
