It'll prolly be fine.
Like I told Mitch, if you can hop into a lobby with me we can do some testing'

Cool, I will send you an FR and set the car up. I saw this series and thought it was just about the perfect excuse for the MK 1 I haven't tuned yet. đź‘Ť

Hey guys. I've testing a few cars and still wanna run the Z. But I don't have the stratos and would really like to try it out. Anyone have an extra one to sell/trade.? Also....lawerance. when's the next lobby?

You can borrow mine if you'd like. It's already tuned to spec and very stable.
Probably tonight around midnight, then again tomorrow at the same time EST
Send me a message via PSN if I am playing another game

Hey JC what about having the 300SL being added to the list? Havnt tried this car out yet but maybe I could pull a tune out really fast for it and see how it does.

I'd like to run as well, put me in but I need to run test on my BMW 2002, Camaro SS and Toyota before I decide what car I want for sue.

Sounds good.

Just a few words of wisdom though, for tracks like Tsukuba, Grand Valley, and flat tracks like that the STRATOS is more or less unbeatable, but give it elevation changes and it becomes ridiculously squirrely no matter how good the tune.

I'm willing to bet i can come up with a great Stratos tune if not my Jag tune is near perfect so i could use that.

I'm interested in joining. Saturdays are going to be tough for me though. If you require 100% participation, then disregard. (this Saturday I will be out of town)

I would like to run the '69 Corvette L46 (not the convertable). I noticed this car is a bit slower then it's premium counterpart.

It's all for fun. I'm gonna keep track of points (Formula 1 regs) and give a prize car or something of the like, but its not going to become anything really up tight and what not.

I'm lookin forward to racing with y'all, and I'm going to be sending out friend requests this afternoon for those that aren't already on my list

Today at some point. I apologize for yesterday's attempts. I don't know what has been wrong with my internet, but random disconnections have been an issue of late. Anyways, odds are when I have the lobby open I will be working on a tune for something, but just tell me you want to run vintage and I'll change the regs and get that set up.

Remember, race Saturday at 6 EST

I'd like to get in on this as well... not sure I will make the first testing session this weekend, but we meet often enough that I should be able to test with you ad-hoc.

At the moment I am leaning towards the Toyota 2000GT as my likely choice, but if I can wait to lock in for a few days, that would be appreciated.

I'm not asking that anyone "lock in" their car until after the 3 or 4 test races, but I'm gonna go ahead and sign you up for the Yota in the mean time.

Race Today. Lobby Opens in my Lounge at 6pm EST. Qualifying starts at 610. Race at 630. 18 Laps at Laguna Seca.
I have sent friend requests to all who have signed up, so make sure you've accepted.

3rd- JLawrence_/Jaguar E-Type
4th- Mudd/Camaro SS
5th- cBcvaBch/Lotus Elan

Alright, I was very pleased with the race. ThisGuy and ncr good drive! I was pleased to see how competitive the cars all were. Of course over 18 laps there was some attrition..me.. Also some findings, the SS Camaro is not as competitive as the Z28, so I am recommending a change there, and the Elan seems to just not have the speed to hang on the faster parts of the track, so I believe it may have to be taken down from the list.

In other news, a new thread will be posted with tunes for competition spec cars for this series, links for each will be in the OP.

Next race will be hosted out of my new account GTP_SpitRacer at the same time (6pm EST) next Saturday, so expect a friend request from there.

Damn I forgot what time the race was..well I guess I'll be one race behind I'll have to make it up next race.

These are still just test runs, no worries =)
I won't be keeping track of points until the season actually starts.

No worries guys it was only a test race. We're gonna do some tunes for a few of these cars so those that aren't tuning savvy can use them to be competitive. It also depends on driver skill, so gentlemen practice up.

If you were in that GT40 I'd be quite scared and I'm actually honest on that I find the GT40 an amazing car that I'm still on the hunt for. The Stratos is a bit scary but I think my BMW is up for it and/or my Camaro.
